Hamzah M. 유아 동반 가족 Malaysia, 2013년 4월 17일	Overall good. Room is average for 5 star hotel Internet, Pool, Spacious 8.3 We stay here for 4 nights. Overall, i would say it was just an average for a 5-star rated hotel. I would rate the condo to be 3 star instead. Some good and improvements points from me: Good: - Free internet access at the room - The room was spacious, with living room and usable kitchen - Pool was big and not crowded - Location wise in the centre of the city and near to Airport - Staff are friendly and willing to help/ hear our concern/complaint - Free transport to Airport! - 24hrs mini mart at the condo hotel lobby - Security is tight (gate and lobby), thus ensure safety all time - They did not count any additional breakfast fee for my 4 yr old daughter Areas of Improvements: - Room lack of 5-star standard (no carpet, refrigerator not working, old items in the room such as still using CRT TVs [should replace with Flatscreen], old sofa set and dining table, old cabinet and furniture looks like in the early 80s and 90s. - no security box in the room to store valuable items - toilet problem (water hose). Unable to close the tab tightly - lamp too dull and dark. should provide more lighting since it looks gloomy - no tissue in the room - Small Lobby at the condo hotel (compared to the Hotel lobby) - Quite a distance to walk to the breakfast area/hotel lobby - expensive hotel taxi! it took me Rp 300,000 for 2 return taxi for a dinner nearby! wtf So, for a 5-star rated Hotel, my expectation was high. However, overall was a good stay and good experience in medan. The people there were very friendly :) (but so many tips needed ie parking or anything they do to help..so its a questioned to their friendliness)

Teh C. 출장객 Malaysia, 2012년 12월 15일	Horrible Nothing! 2.3 a very run down condo. very little light so it's a scary feeling staying in the condo. rooms were not make up even at 10pm. no make up room signageor do not disturb signage. when called the reception to asked why rooms were not make up, answer i got is "did u past your room key to the reception!!" i am a frequent traveller around the world and no hotel ever ask for room key to make up the room! the housekeeping finally arrived, just change the sheet and towel, walking around with his dirty shoes on with his unfriendly face, without any smile or greeting. toiletries were not replenished! breakfast is served in another building which is 10minutes away!! never book this place!
