i did have an incident where the bathroom floor flooded due to incorrect fall or slope from the main shower into the main part of the bathroom in front of the vanity. When i say flooding it was an inch deep. This matter was recitified imediatley after reporting to house keeping.

Terrible hotel with poor service

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at in Medan. This was supposed to be second only to Marriot Medan i was told, but alas, besides good check-in staff at the counter, nothing else is up to even a 3-star standard : Very slow lounge service (incl checking bills), housekeeping and room service is almost 0-standard, non-adjustable acir-con rooms, etc. u name the bad things, they prob do it there in Aston Medan.

I can request to fast check in at 12.00 PM, because i have little child and she so very tired, large kitchen, and large living room so comfort but the bed room not large......

I stay for 1 night, because ℳ℘ child have follow indonesian piano competition @ aston city hall from 06.00 am until 22.00 PM and then i think get the room for rest and have a holiday with ℳ℘ children and ℳ℘ cousin...

this hotel is nice, the food in the reataurant is delicious, having swimming pool and jazucci and also the room is really clean and nice.. i really enjoy staying at this hotel. i would stay here again next time..
