지도가 잘못 표시되어 있다...인도네시아에서 자주 있는 일인듯...직원들은 매우 친절하고 객실은 깨끗하다. 하지만 창문이 욕실에 있는 손바닥 만한 창이 전부라 좀 답답함이 있다. 약간의 모기와 느린 인터넷 속도 그리고 외출했다 돌아오면 카드키를 프론터에서 체크를 해야는 점 등은 아쉬움이다.
쇼핑 정보:
시내 중심가라 조금만 걸으면 여러군데의 쇼핑몰들이 있어 쇼핑에는 어렴움은 없는듯...

새로 오픈한 호텔이라 그런지 택시기사들도 잘 모르고 있고.
좁은 길가에 위치해 찾기도 쉽지 않았음.
방은 그나마 깨끗한 편이나 미니바도 채워지지 않았고 특히 아침
조식의 경우는 정말 최악이었음.
밥에 반찬 2개 정도 그리고 토스트와 버터,잼이 전부임.
정말 최악의 호텔.

We arrived early but told the rooms we booked were unavailabe, however we were upgraded to the next level room free of charge so were more than happy with the service. The rooms were modern and in good condition, the room service was very reasonably priced and good selection. For a mid star rated hotel it was good value for money and a short taxi ride away from the central malls, the only downside was spending a while trying to find the hotel but having said that it was not that long, i am sure most taxis know the way

I have booked a junior suite where it was equipped with a big window.
Room is quite warm as the air-conditioned is not cold enough.
Breakfast with limited choices but the restaurant environment is great where it is located on the top of the hotel and you can have a nice view of the city.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is near to Grand city Mall with walking distance.
Don't forget to try satey klopo just next to the hotel.
Overall, I am happy with my 4 nights stay in this hotel.

some disappointment
very comfy bed, clean room and nice bar

we stayed for . the internet was not working, not even for one second since we arrived. the staff kept telling us that it was fixed but they never did. other guests were complaining too. finally we got a very lamed excuse from the reception "we lost the key for server room. therefore we are unable to fix the problem". that was so funny.
we were given a brochure says discount of all food and beverages" at hotel restaurant. we visited the restaurant and had something. when the bill came, the restaurant refused to provide and said to us that the brochure was a mistake discount only applicable to selected items only!!
