너무 작은 호텔이라 찾기가 힘들었음 택시타고 움직였으나 택시 운전사가 돌아가서 택시비가 많이 나와서 불쾌했음 .호텔500M이내 내려주며 여기에 있다고 함 주변의 상가들에게 물어봐도 찾기가 힘들었음 근처를 해매다 우연히 발견함.다른호텔은 체크인이 12시전에 들어갈수 있으나 옿 2시까지 기다리라고함.직원태도 불쾌함

베스트 웨스턴에 이틀 숙박 후 일정이 남아 당일날 급하게 예약하게 되었습니다. 큰 기대 안했는데, 가격대에 비해 시설도 훌륭합니다.
담에 가게 된다면 꼭 들릴 예정입니다. 위치 최상입니다. 그리고 안내원 한명이지만 친절하고, 현관문 이상있어서 얘기하니 바로 시설담당자 오셔서 수리해주시고 갔습니다. 신호가 약하지만 와이파이 무료로 잡히고요~

위치는 좋으나 2성급에 어울리는 룸컨디션입니다. 저렴한 여행을 원하는 분들은 선택하셔도 후회하지 않으실 겁니다.

Convenient place, but that's all

The location was good, it took 5min from Sedona.
But the staff was very difficult to communicate in English.
The young guys seemed part time job and very slowly.
The grand floor was under construction and we cannot check in until 6pm

The hotel was under renovation so the lobby was very dirty and dusty. The rooms doesnt have wifi. Other than that, the room was spacious and clean, the hotel has a great location as well

Near to major tourist attactions,shopping malls and clean room

Good time to stay.The room were small & have certainly all requirement.Hotel is near to all major tourist attactions within walking distances.But the room is not very sound proof so can hear neighbours talking and door opening.Wifi is not good have to walk outside the room.

They were having some renovations going on when i got there. So the entrance and in the lift was messy.
Their hotel's key card looks worn out. I was only able to enter my room after few attempts of trying to get the door to read/detect my card. My friends room however could not be opened at all using the card. So, had to call the staff to open the door for them whenever they wanna enter the room.
Their staff was generally "not mean or rude yet not friendly".
Generally for me, it's only good for crashing.
