전체적으로는 깔끔하고 걍 한국 저렴한 여관 정도의 수준입니다. 작은 티비와 창문형 에어컨이 달려있구여, 가격대비머물만한 곳입니다. 단지 잠만 자야하는곳. 위치는 크게 봤을때는 로빈슨몰과 가이사노몰과 가까워서 100페소이내에 왠만한 곳을 다 다닐 수 있다는 것이 장점이지만 작게보면 도로에서 골목으로 들어가서 좀 햇빛이 안들어온다는 단점이.. 여튼 가격 대비 머물만한 곳이라고 생각한답니다. 냉장고는 없음.

세부시내 오스메냐 서클, 중심가에 있어 택시로 이동시 어디든 신속히 이동할 수 있었다. 피노이 체형에 딱 맞는 침대와 낡고 오래된 실내는 저렴한 가격에 불평을 할 수 없고 더운날씨지만 최소한 얇은 이불이라도 한장 있었으면 하는 바람이 있었고 화장실에 조그만 비누만 하나 있었는데 일회용 샴푸 하나만 더 있었으면 하는 바람도 있었다. 방에서는 인터넷이 안되고 로비에 나가서 해야 한다. 저렴한 가격에 새벽에 간단히 씻고 바로 체크아웃 하기에 좋은것 같다. 단 연인과 가면 관계가 오래 가지 않을것 같다. 마지막으로 호텔옆 민가에서 닭을 키우는데 닭이 미쳤는지 새벽 3시부터 30분간격으로 계속 울어서 깊은 잠을 자는데 문제가 있었다.ㅋ

Stay was ok. There were some ants and mosquitos but basically hotel is clean. The will allow early check in for additional fee of P250.00. I don't recommend this hotel for family with kids, ladies and those afraid of drunkards and paupers. They mingle in nearby areas.

first of all, the food was ok..
the size of the room is also ok with that price
but the problem is the room is not clean..so so dirty!!!
the aircon is so dirty, i think they dont clean it!!!

I have frequently used Pacific Pensionne because of its location in the city. It is a modest hotel with clean comfortable albeit simple lodging. There is a small restaurant located next to the lobby and the staff are polite and accommodating. They are slow in changing linen and it is necessary to ask otherwise it does not happen. There is no fridge in the room but a tv is prominently located. The building does show some signs of wear and tear but it is clean.
It is a 40P ($1.00) raxi ride to most places in the central core and taxis are plentiful. A jeepney is only 8 cents.

I have stayed in better looking jails

I walked in the room and couldn't believe what I saw, the place was a disgrace, no blanket, just a sheet, I asked for another pillow and was told it would cost me more.
I checked in early and had to pay more (which is ok), but then I checked out a day early because I just couldn't stand it anymore, and wasn't given anything back.
But the most laughable thing was, before they checked me out, the checked the room to see that I didn't take anything...... and I said..... "take what?"

Hotel basic and fine for our needs. Safe and clean. Restaurant was good and served wonderful drinks

Strategically located along Quirino Avenue

The bed is a little stiff and the tv has no off option. The location is very good and the place is very quiet although the curtains are not thick to block sunlight in the morning.
