시내와시외에 두개에같은이름호텔이있는데 꼭 확인하시고 이용 바랍니다
시외에위치한 호텔은 한국 여인숙 정도 수준이고 밖 소음이 매우많음.
다시이용 하기 싫은 호텔임 매우 비추 ㅠㅠ...

방은 조금 작은것 같지만,
아주 깨끗하고 직원들이 정말 친절해요.
아침조식도 포함되어 있는데 보통이고
3층에 묵엇는데 물같은걸 퍼올리는 모터소리때문에 시끄러우니
방이 시끄럽다면 꼬옥 바꿔달라고 요청해보세요.
밤새 시끄럽습니다.

7가족이 방 2개를 잡아서 묶었음.
방에 싱글배드 3개가 있었는데 넘 좁음. 엑스트라베드 하나 놓을 자리도 빡빡할 정도였음.
에크랜드에 위치한 호텔이었는데 주위에 갈데가 없음. SM도 가려면 택시나 지프니를 이용해야 함.
직원들은 친절하였고, 호텔은 깨끗한 편임.

seems like a newish hotel. friendly staff, clean, etc. room tiny though, and bathroom barely enough space to turn around in. rooms fcaing the street have to contend with a lot of noise

the hotel staffs are friendly and very accommodating. they understand the needs of their guests and are ready to answer queries. breakfast, which is included in the package is good enough. room is small but clean. toiletries are limited to shampoo and soap. the hotel location is close to a mall and public transpo is accessible.

Little Quaint Hotel in the City
Very accommodating and helpful hotel staff

although we only stayed for a night, we had a great time. the hotel is only a few minutes away from museo dabawenyo and people's park. it is also conviniently located near sm davao.

This hotel has two branches, Casa Leticia Boutique hotel is the more expensive hotel and is the one across People's Park while Casa Leticia Business Inn is cheaper and around 15mins away.
