위치가 에코랜드 터미널에서 가깝고 주변에 큰 퍼블릭 마켓이 있고 졸리비도 가까운 거리에 있음 교통의 요충지이다.

가격이 싸서 잠만 자려고 선택한 방이지만, 제법 깨끗했지만, 그러나 창문도 없고 너무 좁은 방이었다. 잠만 자기에도 너무 심한 것 같아 돈을 더 지불하고 방을 바꿨다. 2박을 예약했지만 결국 1박만 하고 체크아웃을 해버리고 말았다. 리모델링을 하여 깨끗한 편이었던 것은 사실이지만 어딘지 모르게 음산한 느낌을 받았다. 직원들은 굉장히 느리고 계산에 착오를 일으켰다. 장점이 있다면 구시가지의 성당에 매우 가깝다는 것 정도. 광고를 많이 하는 호텔이어서 택시 기사들이 거의 안다는 것 정도.
쇼핑 정보:
다바오시에는 sm 몰과 nccc몰이라는 거대 쇼핑몰이 있다. 한국의 마트와 백화점과 극장을 섞어놓은 곳.
한국의 참치캔과 신라면 등을 sm 몰에서 팔고 있다.

I am not satisfied during my stay in the Hotel, the lights in the room only 1 are working it was dark inside and there is no tissues and floor rug in the toilet, I booked earlier for them to prepare the room so that when I check in with the kids everything is ready.

Great location and courteous staff

The hotel's situated in the city center; accessible through public transportation; and is near restaurants, museums, parks, and other establishments. The staff during our stay were all accommodating and courteous. I find the room that we stayed in too small for two persons, though, but it's fine.

Great location but bad hotel receptionist
the hotel had so many good points for me its so near to everything and had easts y access to public transfo. its so near to the market a 10 steps walk would do, one ride to the nearest mall and a few blocks walk to a near by bar and park for you to enjoy the night.

i love my room even if its small it has privacy and has a good smell (i'm particular to smells) and a soft warm bed with a good working air condition,cable t.v and cabinet for your things . one thing i hate about the place are the staffs, most of them are rude they will argue with you even if your just asking something.
i've never tired their food for the record.

I advice you guys to have an extra baggage with your airline booking, because their are lots of thing to buy and cheap ones too.
