이곳을 선택한 것은 제이 피 로렐 에버뉴라는 메인도로를 끼고 있는 곳이기 때문이었다.
바로 앞에 카멜라 노스포인트라는 콘도미늄도 있고 공항에서 접근하기도 수월한 곳이다.
처음 느낌은 여인숙같은 느낌을 받았다.
직원들은 상당히 친절했으며 합리적인 요구를 했을 때 이에 응하였다.
방은 디럭스 룸으로 별동에 있는 스탠다드보다 컸으나 스탠다드도 무리 없이 이용이 가능할 것 같았다. 다만 아고다는 디럭스룸을 프로모션했던거 같다. 물론 가격은 스탠다드보다 약간 비쌌다. 방은 많이 남아 있었으며 현지 필리핀 숙박자가 대부분이었다.
방의 모습은 남루했다. 에어컨은 시끄러웠으며 제공되는 물은 수도물이었다.
티비도 상태가 좋지 않은 15인치정도 였다.
방음은 무리가 없었던거 같다.
샤워실 상태는 무난했고 무엇보다 물이 매우 잘나왔다. 따뜻한 물도 많이 나왔다. 와이파이는 무료로 제공되나 24시간마다 갱신을 하기 위한 아이디와 비번을 받았어야 했으며 장비의 갯수대로 제공하고 있었다.
아브리자가 걸어서 5-10분거리에 있엇으며 그리 멀지 않았던 것같다.
사말섬 다이브를 위해서는 지프니를 타고 10분정도의 거리에 있는 항구로 가면 된다.
워낙 메인도로이고 주변에 다바오 일렉트릭 등 큰 건물이 많아 로케이팅하기에 좋은 곳이었다.
아침 식사는 필리핀 현지식이었는데 조금 안습이었던것 같다. 일단 주스는 쿨피스보다 못한 것이었고 과일은 신선하지 못했다. 또한 생선은 머리부분을 줘서 먹을 것이 별로 없었다.

the hotel is accessible and easy to find when you are from airport. it was old but friendly staffs are waiting for you to welcome. free breakfast and free wifi too, but you have to ask everyday for wifi key as the validity is only one day. free breakfast is a filipino cruisine, so no chance of having toasted bread.
on the other side, bed frames must be replaced as i feel like in moving bed, or water bed as its moving too much. the tv is too small for two or even for one.

great location and decent rooms
5-10 minute walk to Abreeza mall and Redemptorist Church, in-front of a hospital in case of emergency, nearby convenience store

we requested for a queen-sized bed, but we were given 2 single beds that were put side-to-side to make it look like a big bed. sadly, the beds were different heights so it didn't work. it was easy enough to drop by Abreeza mall and attend mass.

all the basics of a hotel can be found here - location is near to malls and other places of interest, food options for bfast is very limited, room has hot/cold shower, tv, ac, decent bed, staff are all friendly and accomodating

Quality for half the price.
High standard clean rooms and very cheap

I was very presently supprized when we arrived. The outside facard stood out and gave the wow factor! The reception was clean and the staff professional. The rooms were large and clean. Only downside was the food was ok but could do with more effort to bring it up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. It is situated on the main drag road to city centre but not close enough to be effected by the evening music.
