아고다 예약 하는데 내가 예약 날자를 잘못 입력하여 갑자기 찾아간 호텔이나 위치 MRT 이동성 작은방등 모든것이 만족하지 않음.

싱가폴 호텔이 다 비싼데 아고다 상품금액 괜찮았어요~

생각보다 호텔이 작았지만
깨끗했고, 직원들도 친절했습니다~
mrt역하고 걸어서 10분정도?
택시타면 싱달러로 3불정도.
한국에서도 10분거리는 걸어다니니
별 무리 없었구, 위치도 그만하면 괜찮았어요~
호텔 특징:
싱가폴의 최대 크기 클럽 이름이 생각안나는데..비보시티와도 가깝고 차이나 타운과도 가깝고 좋아요~

Contrary to how others said that the rooms are small, it was fairly ok in terms of size. The bathroom was likewise ok in terms of size. We arrive at around 10 am and the front desk alowwed us to check in. Will stay in this hotel again in my next visit to singapore.

I strongly believe that the staff standard has dropped drastically as compared to my previous stay. The previous batch of staff was much friendlier, efficient and more polite. This time, I had to wait like more than 10mins-15mins standing at the concierge waiting for them to change room from 2nd floor to the 4th floor, (for I do not know what reason). It may be partly because of the huge flow of tourists during this period which I am not blaming anyone. There were no smiles nor greetings ("good evening") from the staffs, only person who smiled was when we were about to enter the lift and one of the staff walked out from the lift.
The next morning was worse. Early in the morning there's people like shouting from one end to the other. Which from inside my room, sleeping, I was woken up with something like "blah blah blah clean up room, yes yes ya ya " and loud banging on doors. This definitely did not happen in my previous stay. And yes, I doubt I'll be back...

When I entered my room, I was surprised that it was not made up. Reported it and was later assign an "upgraded" room, which didn't look any different. Was very disappointed with the breakfast. It's rated 4 stars but it's nothing compared to a 4 star or even a three star hotel in either Kuala Lumpur, Kuching or Penang. An aging property.
Didn't even have an iron or ironing board in room. Only at a station away from room which was... didn't look very clean.
