We had a nice stay at the Adina Hauptbahnhof location. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with an aesthetic suitable for business travelers (good lighting, sleek contours). The rooms were spacious and clean, and a minor problem with the shower (clogged when we arrived) was quickly and efficiently taken care of. Staff were very receptive and friendly.
For the price, we were quite pleased with our experience.
The one (minor) drawback is that the location is a little further from the closest S/U-Bahn station than we would have liked (about a 10-15 minute walk).

Excellent hotel but disappointing staff service

The hotel is centrally located near Tiergarten and during our two day stay in Berlin, we walked to all the major tourist attractions. The room is great size and very good value for money but it was such a let down with the receptionist who was responsible for checking us in. She was rude and did not make eye contact when speaking to us. It was quite a disappointment experience since everything else at Adina was so lovely.

We only stayed for one night, but had a good experience nonetheless. We were on public transport in Berlin, and the location is not great for catching the trains. If you're prepared to walk at least 10 mins for a train, then it is no big deal...a bit of a struggle with luggage however, as the roads between the hotel and either the Hauptbahnhof or the Nordbahnhof are currently under repair. Nevertheless, the hotel is very quaint and what you would expect/hope for from a boutique aparthotel chain. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. We found the food of exceptional quality, especially balanced against our expectations of a 'budget' 4-star hotel. The bar is also quite nice and has a selection beyond expectations. Rion was extremely friendly and able to help recommend food and drink as needed.
