Neetibut V. 연인 Thailand, 2013년 5월 4일	Excellent hotel but disappointing staff service The bedroom, the bathroom and the location 7.3 The hotel is centrally located near Tiergarten and during our two day stay in Berlin, we walked to all the major tourist attractions. The room is great size and very good value for money but it was such a let down with the receptionist who was responsible for checking us in. She was rude and did not make eye contact when speaking to us. It was quite a disappointment experience since everything else at Adina was so lovely.

Bar is worth a visit Rion in the bar, suite room, LAUNDRY MACHINES! 9 We only stayed for one night, but had a good experience nonetheless. We were on public transport in Berlin, and the location is not great for catching the trains. If you're prepared to walk at least 10 mins for a train, then it is no big deal...a bit of a struggle with luggage however, as the roads between the hotel and either the Hauptbahnhof or the Nordbahnhof are currently under repair. Nevertheless, the hotel is very quaint and what you would expect/hope for from a boutique aparthotel chain. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. We found the food of exceptional quality, especially balanced against our expectations of a 'budget' 4-star hotel. The bar is also quite nice and has a selection beyond expectations. Rion was extremely friendly and able to help recommend food and drink as needed.

The room was very well equipped, and has a new feeling to it. We were very satisfied with our stay here. The only negative thing is that the Hotel is located a bit off the centre of the city - not much to see or do in the nearest blocks around the hotel. Will return!

Appart hotel with spacious appartments and good facilities, near to Central Train station with direct connection to Berlin Schonefeld Airport. Alto restaurant offers nice dining possibility. Sauna and swimming pool are also available for chill out.

From the way an initial booking error was swiftly corrected, to the overall quality of the rooms, the breakfast buffet and the attention to detail demonstrated by every member of staff we interacted with during our 7 day stay. We were made to feel very welcome in every way and we certainly look forward to visiting Berlin and staying with the Adina team again.

The room overloooked the square and was quiet and spacious. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything was provided - there is even no need to take tablets for the dishwasher or washing powder for the washing machine as they are provided in the room (unlike other places we've stayed). The staff were excellent, always available and helpful - even at 3 am when our son was ill and we needed fresh bedding! Lots of choice at breakfast too. I honestly can not find anything wrong with this hotel!!
