Clean, modern, and excellent location
Location, friendly staff, minibar!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was very nice and the staff was incredibly helpful. Room was big, clean, and modern. The minibar was fully stocked with all kinds of good stuff, and was reasonably priced. All train lines are located within a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
My only small complaint was that we had to push our two twin beds together to make one big bed. Not that big of a deal, though!

Perfect location right next to a train station and walking distance to Berlin Mitte. Carpark at the basement.

The hotel is right near Roma Termini Station -- walking distance to most of Rome and easy access to transport. The concept is ideal for the budget minded business or tourist traveler. Well appointed rooms, basic but good sized at an exceptional value point given the cost of hotels in Rome. Highly recommended as long as you are looking for 4 stars, not 5.

Super position in Berlin Mitte
Nice room, central position, spectacular building

Very new hotel with an elegant reception/hall/bar. We had a nice room, but there are some very poor rooms with view only to "grafitti walls" and very litte day light - therefore never accept room ending with -21 and -22, they are not worth the money. Else a wonderful hotel which we would like to go back to. Nice staff - especially Marco in the bar and breakfast room.

Avoid the mentioned rooms.
There is no restaurant on the hotel but a nice genuine Berlin-restaurant just opposite. No direct entrance for cars from Friedrichstrasse.

Good design and excellent location

The hotel loctaion is new and great; however, for a first time traveller to Berlin, it's not easy to locate the hotel location from the train location.
