great location but small rooms
Location, quaint old building, friendly and helpful staff, internet connectivity, ambiance of the area

this hotel is about a ten minute walk from the berri bus terminal and metro station, up the hill onto sherbrooke st and then east for a block and a half - easy. the building is old, very european in the lobby and breakfast area, something we liked. the room was adequate in size, but the toilet and shower area were built for very small people - the shower area reminded me of the size of a coffin turned upright; the sink was outside the toilet area in the main room. as a tall, 95 kilo man i found it difficult to manouvre myself around to wash. the room was fairly clean and the bed linen was changed every day. the room had air conditioning which we required at night due to the humidity and that was welcomed, and the internet worked well. the staff is super friendly and helpful, polite and responded to whatever questions we had. the breakfast is continental; that is two croissants with jam, tea or coffee and buiscuits; we brought our own cereal and fruit, and the staff provided us with bowls, spoons and a knife to peel the mango. all in all a pleasant experience and we would stay there again.

The big bus that shows people around the city can be arranged through the hotel; that is, we could have been picked up at the hotel - the hop on, hop off bus is a must as it takes you to all the spots you should spend time exploring.

Me parecio muy conveniente la ubicacion del hotel pues caminando se llega facilmente a muchos lugares de importancia, la zona esta muy agradable y segura ademas k desde mi llegada el personal del hotel fue muy muy amable y servicial, nos mostraron inmediatamente los lugares de importancia a visitar las maneras de llegar a ellos de manera facil y sin complicaciones, se siente un ambiente de calidez y confianza, la habitacion tambien muy comoda, amplia y calida, la bañera muy agradable, y pues repitro k me hubiese gustado tener acceso a un ordenador en el hotel, por todo lo demas tuve una muy buena estadia en su hotel, gracias
