호텔 자체가 작고 발레 파킹비가 너무 비싸다.... 그냥 종합적으로 그저 그런 호텔, 위치는 좋지만 그렇다고 위치가 유니온 스퀘어랑 아주 가까운 것도 아닌 애매한 호텔이다

moscone center에서 열리는 컨퍼런스에 참석하기 위해 center바로 옆인 이 호텔을 이용하였습니다. 깔끔하고 별로 불편함도 없었습니다. 높은 층을 주셔서 야경도 좋았구요. 하지만 center 입구 위치 등을 고려하면 여기보다는 다음번엔 메리어트를 이용하고 싶네요. 메리어트가 번화가와 center 사이에 있어 여러모로 좋은거 같습니다. 이에 반해 Intercontinental은 저녁되면 길에 사람이 많지 않았습니다. 그러나 큰길이라서 무서울 정도는 아닙니다. 4성급 호텔들이 다 그렇긴 하지만 인터넷이 유료라서 안타까웠습니다. 여긴 로비조차도 무료가 아니었어요. 메리어트는 로비는 무료던데....ㅠㅠ

Our stay at the Intercontinental was great, however the only bad thing about them is that despite being a 4-star hotel, they still charge $15/day for internet access. Their minibar/fridge is kind of overkill as well; automatically charging you even if you just opened the fridge to take a peek.

Two nights stay for a conference. Exceptionally comfortable bed. WiFi in room did not work at first, despite being ridiculously expensive and not included in the very expensive base price of the room. Great view from corner room on 29th floor

5 Star staff that are highly trained, courteous and take pride in their work and company. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Great city view and the glass wall that was the window really added to the ambiance.

Staffs were friendly. Room are comfortable with a big window and a good view. Parking was expensive.
