“Neat place for travelers ”
Place was clean and neat but in very bad district of Semporna. No car park, parking only under the building. Shared bathroom and a staircase going into building. Very nice living room and staff very helpful. There was also a breakfast even for somebody leaving very early in the morning.

“Very good”
The staff is really helpful. It’s in a local area not far from he market, which is quite dirty especially in rainy days . The facilities are easy but good enough for basic use. Aishah and Inna are very funny and try every efforts to help and support ! Nice stay !

“Friendly women staff”
The big 6pax room is a bit pricey, therefore dorm rooms may be your best bet. Extremely nice and accomodating women staff make up for not prime location. Basic breakfast - ask for eggs and a nice living room for socializing. Good for one night.

“Clean budget room”
We’ve booked a double room for a night before getting off to Mabul Island. The accommodation is on the first floor without elevator in an old building, so abit tough if you have heavy luggage. Room is simple but very clean, but blankets aren’t with covers so abit unhygienic. Abit small if you have a large suitcase. Breakfast was Malay style- fried egg with noodles. Staff was friendly.
