Apartment is overdue for a renovation and needs a thorough cleaning of the bathroom the location is”

While the apartment looked tired and the bathroom was unclean the location was excellent
The apartment is over due for a renovation. The bathroom had not been cleaned there was hair ion the shower floor as well as blood on the wall. There was mould on the shower walls and floor and a build up of soap scum on the screen

uncomfortable beds, uncomfortable furniture, effort to access the appartment, another negative was that trucks unload goods right outside of our room from 5:30 am and leave the motor running! This made it impossible to sleep in. Bit noisy at night time .

The location was superb. The only negative was that trucks would unload goods right outside of our room from 6am almost everyday and leave the motor running! This made it impossible to sleep in!
This unit is part of the Nelson Towers but we were unable to use the Nelson Towers facilities. An example of this was the pool. This should be pointed out with your advertising! At best, the add is very misleading! The room was not as clean as it should be, especially the veranda. I have many photos of this if you would like them. The barbecue was filthy and there were no Tongs to cook with!

The location was fantastic, apartment was a great size and very comfortable
cleanliness was appalling in these covid times. Floors on balcony not clean, sliding doors runners full of dirt, windows not clean, smells from Kitchen and bathroom, coffee table and benches not wiped, it felt like no one had been in the apartment for awhile as it had a very stale feel, no tea towels, cupboards laminate peeling off, compare to the mantra the mantra is 100 percent better

This unit was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We felt it was very homely and comfortable. The location was excellent within minutes walk to the marina and plenty to do there.
Our check in was not easy. I had contacted the booking agency a week before arrival and I had asked for an earlier check in (12pm) and this was granted. We found the key hub ok however the code in our email did not unlock the door. We were fortunately met with an Alloggio staff member who happened to be there &amp; she advised that the system doesn’t work for early check ins. She opened the door using her own code then found our locker. This also did not open as it should have &amp; she had to charge the lock on it. That still didn’t work so she had to cut the wire with pliers. We would have had big issues if this was left up to us! I asked her what would we do about key return and she advised us to drop in key box instead at their office. Also, the balcony at the property was very dirty. There was food crumbs left on the ground out there and a thick layer of dirt &amp; grease on the ground and furniture so we didn’t feel we could utilise this space comfortably. We were also conscious of not bringing the greasy stuff on our feet back inside the unit or getting it on our clothes had we sat on the furniture out there. This area really needs a good clean and furniture too!
