"Upon checking in, it took awhile for our booking to reach the hotel’s system. Also, they said they did not have the room type (double classic) that we had booked. Another this is that we were not aware that the access to hydrolic pool (and others) are now with fees. Unlike how it was last year. We would like to stay there again soon. As per the receptionist (who I hope can be more snappy), those conflicts with Agoda will be corected asap. Generally though, it is a peaceful and relaxing vacation place. Plus they have a wide variety of food, served freshly and deliciously."
