Great place in the center city of Lijiang. Very quiet and private. Amazing hotel with history. How every, struggle all week to get my mobile or WiFi network working. Very low reception for mobile and really unstable WiFi. Bit desappointed in this. Breakfast is great but services extremely low when it’s rushed hour. Hope better in or there Aman locations.

房間打掃不乾淨，房內贈送的歡迎餅乾上有毛髮，杯子旁有垃圾，浴缸有毛髮。入住當天是跨年夜，辦理入住時，櫃檯人員表示飯店內的餐廳當天只提供套餐，價位是每人人民幣1680，若要單點只能到外面用餐。後來通知因為套餐客人用餐完畢，可以給我單點。入住前沒有告知此信息，第二天跟飯店經理反應，表示並沒有不給單點。房間隔音不好，整晚聽著隔壁打呼聲。入住體驗很差，可惜了這麼漂亮的裝修和地理位置，期待加強後再次入住。中餐廳餐點好吃！早餐很豐富。

為了體驗豪華住宿而花錢入住 然而晚上竟然還跳電 花了一小時維修 原因只是我差了我的IPHONE原廠充電器? 午夜十二點到一點就沒有電力狀況下度過 還影響到我的睡眠 到最後竟然什麼表示與歉意都沒有 這算什麼高級旅宿 不到五分之一價格的既下山酒店 洲際酒店 香格里拉都比這間飯店優秀 一個月旅途上都沒有問題 竟然會在此出現狀況 地點有點偏遠 離古鎮需要爬山 五到十分鐘步程 用餐會比較不方便 設施雖然完善但沒有太多使用機會 餐點品質不錯 但僅止於此
