Amberlyn set on 2.5 acres of mature manicured grounds, has an abundance of wildlife and is close to many coastal walks, surfing beaches and just 600m from the outstanding Bells Restaurant. With stunning coastal cliffs and the ocean on one side, and the tranquillity of sheltered bays on the other, the area is anchored by the beauty of Bouddi National Park. Nearby Hardys Bay has numerous trendy cafes which echo the charm and rustic elegance of yesteryear.
The Amberlyn suite is part of, but a completely self contained area of the main house which was built in 1999.
We are located close to "The Bells", so are ideally situated for those attending weddings or other events there or at the nearby Killcare Surf Club.
Amberlyn is also a great location as a base from which to visit the many attractions of the broader Central Coast such as horse riding, Aqua fun, Segway riding, whale watching, wildlife parks, Reef and Game fishing, the Tree Top Adventure Park, boutique brewery's and so much more.
We include a breakfast basket so that you can be free of rigid timetables. This typically contains fresh seasonal fruit, cereals, muesli, orange juice, milk, croissants or fresh bread and jams, tea and plunger coffee.
We will also endeavour on request, to cater for guests dietary requirements.
We invite you to book now to spend a night, a weekend or stay for a week or more, the choice is yours.
Your self-contained and air conditioned suite consists of a bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite shower and toilet and kitchenette.
The kitchenette contains a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave to enable you to make tasty snacks. A BBQ is available for your use outside,
WiFi is also available for those who still need to be connected.
The owners live on the property with their friendly goats.
As the suite is self contained you can come and go as you please, but we are always here to help you with advice so that you can get the most out of your stay.
This area has some great bush walks over well maintained tracks that lead almost inevitably to the beach. Bouddi is a listed National Park and hosts a myriad of wildlife. At Maitland Bay you can still at low tide just see some of the wreck of the S.S. Maitland which ran aground in 1898. At quaint Hardys Bay there are a variety of cafe's and the RSL who cater for the hungry traveller or if you feel the need, Bells has a wonderful upmarket restaurant.
Having a car is the best way to see the area and we have plenty of room for you to park, but public transport is limited to two buses a day. Taxis are available, but you could have a wait as they are mainly based at Woy Woy railway station. We are not that far from the Palm Beach/Wagstaffe ferry and may be able to pick you up by prior arrangement if you choose that option.
Seabreeze buses are a local enterprise and run an airport to door service.
We have a external BBQ that guests are welcome to use.
You are also welcome to use the heated swimming pool so long as you are quiet and observe all safety precautions.

Thank you so much for the extras in the fridge..what a surprise. So peaceful. Easy short drives into town for dinner / coffee. Beaches galore . Did the Little Beach walk ..easy as which suited us. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway.
