Best hotel ever”
Environement very good, have a nice view of beach , clean beach and have some buaian, easy check in and check out, But , only breakfast is so so. Need some improvement of menu breakfast. But, overall is very good. Good place for healing and quiet place rather than other hotel at desaru that very crowded. This hotel so amzing and strategic place for honeymoon or healing time. Thankyou.

We stayed 4 nights , our room got upgraded into bigger and partial sea view. The Hotel manager who happened to be my kabayan was very accommodating and gave us a free cake as it was my bday. breakfast was exceptional. hotel bed is the best , housekeeping is the best too.

No stress coming from here. Everything went smooth. You can choose to play water at swimming pool or at beach because the beach is very nearby. The breakfast is good as they constantly topup it. They politely said to us when to closing time for breakfast.

During my stay, I got all the great experiences. My room and toilet was clean, breakfast was great and tasty, staffs were nice. BUT, the parking not very nice. kinda look like abandoned building. And there are spme exterior spots that are not neat and tidy. The hotel mart was good. You can get all necesseties there with reasonable price.

Nice sea and water park view”
Room is nice and big. View is great as we can see the sea and the small pool with water slides and paddle boat which are payable. Maybe they can include inside the room price as I did see much people at the water slides. The only downside was the breakfast. Breakfast menu is normal but Service is slow. Need to inform them then only they will top up. Need to improve on the service. But will definitely come again due to the beach.

the beach is nice because it is private, not crowded and clean. but the swimming pool is not so big. the breakfast has a lot of varieties. staff also very friendly.

Is recommended property for those would like to have short vacation during weekend. The room is clean and comfort. Various of selection for the outdoor activity for young children. Unfortunately, the mini water park is under maintenance during the stay period. Overall is good and enjoyed.

My aunt left her phone in the room.. after check out she realizes that her phone left in the hotel room..I manage to call the hotel and told them that my aunt phone was in the room. When we return back to the hotel the staff/housekeeping keep the phone and gave to my husband. Thanks so much to the staff and so sorry forgot to see your name tag..
