The person was perfect, but to be honest, the hotel needs to be more cleanest and breakfast service is terrible. No one even spoke to you or explain. The breakfast is self service. And that without even mentioning the cleaning lady started to drugged the chairs at 7 PM without even even notifying anyone or caring about someone is sleeping
This place is fantastic. Great location and very reasonably priced. The staff are really friendly although I did have a couple of issues with no hot water and needing another blanket which weren't dealt with during my visit. Someone came to look at the hot water but it wasn't fixed. However the staff are super friendly, especially in the cafe area. The breakfasts are all you need and for the money are fab. Fresh orange, coffee refills. A good start to the day. The rooms are a fantastic size and clean. The bathrooms are great too. The only issue being the hot water. The 2nd time I stayed there was plenty of hot water The pool is a good size and well maintained, with sunbeds and umbrellas. I went in January so it was a bit cold although folk were going in. The location is perfect for the beach Highly recommended

However, Wi-Fi could be improved, and walkability in some parts was lacking. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired, and while staff were friendly and helpful, facilities did not fully meet expectations. Overall, it’s a solid choice with some areas needing attention.
Great place when you're on the budget - good location, friendly staff and a very decent breakfast (if you choose this option). Two pools available to use and from what I could see there is a guard on duty. From less positive side - you can see the wear and tear, and the window wouldn't fully close. But the place was clean and the door locked, which was a plus.

- beautiful hotel I felt like I was in Greece and the views of the sunset are exceptional - extremely close to the beach which was 10/10 - security are working 24/7 so felt really safe in the hotel and outside there are always tourist police keeping an eye on everything so a very very safe area indeed - food in the area is very expensive compared to Marrakech we literally had to pay 100DH for TEA for 2 people. I really recommend walking 10-20 minutes to find local cafes which don’t charge extortionate tourist prices for simple food. - cleaning ladies were so kind and lovely and gave us everything we needed - reception staff always helped us with our luggage’s - orange taxis outside the hotel were so great they charged us local prices and did not scam us, I was really surprised how reliable they were you’ll only come across one or two drivers who try adding 20DH or more extra but generally the orange taxis were very trustworthy - there’s fixed price gift shops right next to the hotel, literally walk down the stairs and you’ll find a long trail of souk shops, the fixed price shops were great if you don’t want to haggle - there was a lot of beggars sat outside the hotel 24/7 and do come running up to you asking for money, it was really hard to tell if they genuinely need help or not so do be wary - hotel food was not our cup of tea, but it seemed like others enjoyed it so it depends on yourself
