Great value, great location, nice tuff”

Very great value for the price. They gave us a nice welcome drink and fruits. Rooms are large and clean. Staff are very nice and polite, especially the guy at the front desk. The breakfast is amazing, i was expecting some regular buffet style, but it turned out even better They give a large glass of juice, a fruit plate and plus you can choose anything from their menu (like noodle soups, pancake, omelettes, nd others), and they ll make it for you. 5 min walk to night market. We loved our stay with you. Thank you

Good Location and Nice pool”

This is a very good, for value hotel to stay in. The location is close to everything in town. The rooms are clean, and serviced daily. Breakfast is average and the staff could be more friendly when they serve breakfast, as they never smile. The manager is excellent. The pool may seem cramped between the buildings but it is kept in immaculate condition. I Recommend this place, as it is good value for money.

Fantastic hotel in the city”

A really nice and clean hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best on our trip around SE Asia. You pick between 10 options and get a optional fruit shake on the side. The pool is in the shadow most of the day but you can get some sun by moving the sun beds around. The hotel is really close to the night market and the Main Street. Will definitely use this hotel if we come back to Luang Prabang.

Great location, close to main street but up a quiet side street. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful COOL pool - a rare find in hot Asia! Good a-la-carte selection available for breakfast including a fruit shake or juice and fresh tropical fruits salad. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. Easy walk to town else for out of town trips - tuk-tuk pick ups from the front door. Would happily return here.

Sweet little boutique hotel ”

Pros: - excellence service though only 1 staff who can speak in English - breakfast made to order and they purchased the raw ingredients eg bread, fruits, fresh everyday - cheaper tour booking - morning alms right in front of hotel Cons - housekeeping done very brief - swept floor, clean rubbish, change towel only. Always have to ask for hand towel. Strange that only provide on first and last day. - rooms at ground floor have sewerage smell - no emergency equipment eg torchlight, powerpack etc, comes in handy when the whole town blackout due to power outrage during thunderstorm.

Abdoluyely excellent in everything”

The hotel is just a 5 minute walk to the watetfront and a little less to the nightmarket. The rooms are spacious and are well cleaned every day. The staff could not be more friendly and helpfull and the breakfasts are to order. To top all of that there is a clear and clean swimming pool which was perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

Great location for the Old Town, good to be able to pop back to cool down! Friendly staff & set breakfasts with fruit & shakes. Help yourself to tea/coffee any time. Only slight problem was trying to sleep with monks chanting till early hours, but it is Laos so to be expected. Loved the charm of Luang Prabang 🥰

Not great impressions on arrival as the staff told us we had to cancel our stay for the following night, they couldn't give us any reason as to why it was our booking that has to cancel, they just kept saying they're full, although we'd booked and paid well in advance. I've worked in hotels for years so explained they should be calling someone arriving tomorrow to see if they can cancel, since were already checked in it just didn't make sense. They then realised and managed to let us stay. The rest of the stay was lovely and very nice room and pool.

Stay at Jasmine Luang Prabang Hotel”

Location is excellent near to night market and river. Cleanliness quite disappointed as cleaning not done properly, forgotten to replenish shampoo n body wash hand towel only for the first day only, bed sheet and pillow cases not changed for our 5 days stay. Staff and facilities okay but breakfast various variety to choose from.

Good choice”

Very convenient place almost close to major sites like night market, Phousi hill, etc. One small thing needs to be fixed is to separate the triple and double room. We asked for a double room but got a triple one. The small bed was not so convenient. I definitely commend the Jasmine to other guys.

Clean comfortable and convenient ”

Service of staff was excellent, beds big and comfy, large shower with high pressure water, 2 minutes walk to town, best breakfast in Laos - cooked to order each day. Cheaper tours and tut tut from the door and alms straight out the front - great little hotel we would go back

Amazing staff, walking distance to main attractions, very near the night market... all in all an excellent accommodation. Breakfast was lovely, rooms were spacious and the pool was lovely. Thank you :)

The pool & staff made this place a good choice!”

Pros: Really good location- around the corner from night market & main streets. Clean refreshing swimming pool - nice for hot days. Sun lounges and towels available. Clean room, clean linens, nice shower, separate toilet area. Outlets accessible for devices, room safe, ceiling fan and efficient air con. Cons: Wifi not consistently strong, Room a bit dark and cramped- not sure why they have a big sofa as it leaves no place for luggage. If you're on lower level room above can be noisy, hear people moving around. Breakfast just ok, nice fresh fruit, standard variety of choices. Not a lot of outside space to relax. Pool area confined. All said... I'd stay here again. The staff are super friendly and even with limited communication skills they still want to do their best to make your stay comfortable.

Nice choice in Luang Prabang”

We liked the Jasmine Hotel mostly due to it’s location which was close to the night market and old part of town, but far away enough to be very quiet. The room was new, nice and quiet, relatively small but suffient for our purposes and we were on the ground floor directly by the pool. Pool was really nice- big enough to actually swim and cool enough to do so as well. Breakfast was really nice, choice of eggs served with plenty of fruit and toast along with a smoothie of choice. The lady who manages the hotel is very helpful and nice.

Delightful place to stay”

We stayed for four nights after doing two days on the slow boat. We very tired and dirty when we arrived. The staff could not have been nicer, they gave us a delicious mango smoothie on arrival and showed us to our rom which was lovely and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was provided each morning which was freshly cooked and also contained a plate of fresh fruit and a smoothie. The staff were extremely helpful and every request was met with a smile, they could not have looked after us better, they were absolutely charming. The only negative is that the swimming pool is located between two buildings and was freezing all the time. That said, I would highly recommend it as a delightful place to stay

Great Service!”

We went for a 2d1n tour and had to leave our luggages in the hotel. When we returned from our tour, we were pleased to find out that our luggages were already brought into the room we were supposed to check into. GREAT service! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with fruit smoothie and a simple fruit platter. There is much thought put into making the guests' stay a wonderful one. The location of the hotel is also within 10 minutes walk to the night market. The room was spacious with several english channels! I would return to this hotel. Cheers! Thank you to the Counter Staff who has provided such good service.

Great Location and customer service”

The hotel was 2 blocks from the Night Market. Your away from a lot of the main street noises, but close to almost every tourist attraction. We did a lot of walking. Staff were very accommodating and respectful. As a westerner, I still like to shower in hot water and they have it!
