Excellent facilities onsite like self-service laundry, large luggage storage area, meeting rooms, etc. The room is big and clean, and it is close by delicious breakfast and coffee places on the street. It's also a short 5 min stroll to the big night market, which is amazing. The staff are super helpful and polite and friendly. Would stay here again.

Excellent location 5 mins walk to night market and huge room with clean facilities. Big children playroom with ball pits for my young children, staff was generally nice and breakfast was good

Great modern hotel with excellent location”
This is a very great value for money hotel that provide comfortable and clean lodging with excellent location right in the middle of all city centre attractions and great foods within walking including night market, night walking shopping street and famous shops for great local foods and souvenir gifts. We have opted for 2-bedroom suite with big living room and study desk. We will certainly be returning to the same hotel should we visit Hualian again in future !

Nice and comfortable hotel. Like the hot spring pool and spa. The hotel has catered activities for the children. Suggest to locate the archery activity to a sheltered area to avoid disappointment in the event of raining.

Very good location - near to night market”
The photos made the hotel look a lot more grand than it is in real life, but overall, it's still a large, clean hotel (more an old dame than a grand dame). Rooms were well maintained, and great selection at breakfast. It was just for a night but we managed to walk to the night market, so this is really good location.

Smelly noisy bad servixe”
Pros: 1.Good location 2.Big lobby Cons: 1. Room smelly (smoke and something strange) 2. The wall very thick. You can hear everything from next room. 3.No good attention in reception. I told them smelly and noisy but didn’t do anything to resolve. 4.breakfast is same for two days stay. 5.No view room 6. Expensive if you compare with quality We paid around 120US per night You can find a better option at same price near there.

Excellent hotel with great location”
New, comfortable hotel with excellent service. Definitely our top choice for next visit. Arsma Hotel was our base for Hualien Taitung trip. Initially, we booked it as a over night stay near to the train station before we headed down to Taitung. Very impressed with the service that we booked it for two more nights stay after we return from Taitung. Definitely, it will be our choice for next visit in Hualian as well. The first day when we arrived, we were provided with a small information pack including a local map with hand written notes of the nearby attractions and nice eateries. The staff are very friendly and always look out to help. When they learnt about our early check out time, they offered to pack breakfast boxes for us to take away at check out. The hotel is new, the room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable and big. The second time we had a room at the top floor facing the sea with fantastic view over looking the seafront park and the sea, fantastic. The breakfast was nice, simple but had good variety, freshly made, feels like mom's cooking. The location of the hotel is right at the city centre and approximate to the sea. There are many nice eateries within walking distance. The famous 包心粉圓 is just round the corner and the 竹陽seafood is within 10 mins walk. The hotel offer bikes for hiring. We highly recommend to take a ride to Qixing Tan and the Pine Garden. It's beautiful and a lot of fun.
