Recommended to stay here, everything is okay. I arrived on Friday at 13:30 and was able to check-in. During check-out, I was allowed to delay it because I needed to pray first. The staff were all friendly. I liked the swimming pool because my child was happy and we were happy too. The breakfast was also great. Overall, thank you Asyana Hotel Sentul for making my child comfortable and happy during our stay.

I am very happy because for the first time I stayed for 2 nights and the place was really nice. I recommend it for families because it is close to a minimarket and there are many food options nearby. The staff were also friendly. I chose a room with a double balcony and the breakfast was quite delicious. The place was peaceful and comfortable, so I highly recommend it.

1. Lobby & entrance area : there are 2 reception tables & some sofas with AC. The guard station is separately placed within the reception area. 2. Parking area : spacious. There are 2 different areas - near the guard station & backyard area. All is clean and neat. There is 1 employee 's building whose stay. 3. There are 4 driver's rooms with 2 outdoor toilets. Those rooms contain 2 bunk beds (according to the employee). It costs 150K/driver/night including breakfast. The praying room is available near the rooms. 4. This hotel has twin beds, queen beds, junior suites, and villas around the area (hotel area is separately with the villa & suite). 5. There are 2 different pools: 1 adult (1,4M depth & 1,6M depth) & 1 kids pool separately. The pool water is normal (no warm & no cold - based on the weather itself). The bottom of the adult's pool is quite dirty with : loss hair, leaves, small branches but for the next day, it's cleaner than the 1st day. Appreciated for the team's effort. 👍🏾 The housekeeping team also wipes the chairs after it's raining. Near to the pool, there are 2 toilets (women & men). Need more attention for management's action : please remind the guests to wear a proper swimsuit instead of T-shirt + shorts for men & normal clothes for women - so the clothes might not pollute the pools. 6. Deluxe Rooms with balcony : quite spacious. Bed cover is quite clean & neat. The toilet has 1 shower (warm & cold water), liquid bath soap, 2 toothbrushes, tissues, sanitary bag, 2 towels, 2 sandals. Also, it serves free drinks ( 2 bottles of soda & 2 bottles of mineral water) which is renewed on a daily basis (same like : coffee & tea bags). This is a special one : the hotel serves 2 pillow rolls (rarely hotel). The moss found on the toilet floor but it's still tolerable. 7. For 2nd & 3rd floor, there are 2 water dispensers, praying rooms and CCTV on each corner. 8. There are some meeting rooms on different hotel areas (the biggest one is on the backyard area - near to the tent's area). 9. There are : small soccer field + balls, trampoline tent, jogging tracks, some tents (still under maintenance), 2 swings, dining tables + chairs on the backyard. 10. The hotel team is full of men's team. No women employee during my weekday staying here. Not sure if it's weekend. And this hotel rule (maybe....) is rarely found during my travelling and staying on some hotels in the different cities. 11. The restaurant (mezzanine floor) serves varieties of traditional foods and beverages, such as : chicken porridge+chicken soup+condiments, the main course is different on a daily basis (fried rice is always available), fruits (water melon, tomatoes, salad, coffee, tea, juices (not fresh one but the bottled juice), bread, margarine, jams, sweet traditional porridge, sweet cereals. Overall : I love staying here with affordable price on the weekdays ; would comeback and try to stay on the weekend. The (-) : 1. No elevators on the hotels. Be wise enough if you want to bring your seniors. 2. More rules should be applied on the pools, the politeness on closing or slamming the room door (depending on the guest habits - at the end 😖). Especially when staying during the weekend - probably more children come. The (+): 1. Keep up the team work 👍🏾👍🏾 (polite, friendly, sprightful). 2. The greeny view surrounding the hotel. 3. Near to the supermarket and the local food stalls.

Hotel yang sangat worth it.. Kamar luas.. tersedia amenities odol dan sikat gigi.. dan sabun mandi yang dipasang di tembok kamar mandi.. mngkn lebih baik bawa sabun dan shampo sendiri.. Staff ramah dan cekatan.. saya menginap d kamar 705, awalnya bermasalah dengan air panas dan tekanan air yg terlalu kecil.. tapi setelah di perbaiki semua nya lancar.. tekanan air sudah besar dan air panas pun cukup.. walau sepertinya cukup utk 1 org dan kemudian utk berikutnya menunggu dlu air panas terisi kembali.. Terdapat kolam renang yg luas dan dipisah antara utk anak2 dan dewasa.. air kolam renang pun bersih.. hanya kaporit nya terlalu banyak.. Sarapan enak2 dan berasa bumbu nya.. Suasana sekitar hotel pun asri dan enak buat bersantai2.. Di depan hotel banyak tukang jualan seperti bakso semar dan pecel ayam yang enak rasanya.. Bakal balik lagi deh kalo mau staycation.. Ada deposit 100rb pada saat check in tapi dikembalikan lg kok pada saat check out..
