I stayed at ATK Hat Yai for the second time. The first time I was very impressed; the room was new, the furniture was new, and everything was clean and tidy. This time I decided to go again, but I have to mention some cleanliness issues. When I opened the toilet, I found hair on the seat and hair in the toilet. The cat's eye had paper stuffed in it to block the hole. When we checked in, we didn’t take it out because we didn’t know the hotel’s intention. The door was stuck against the rubber floor mat, making it hard to open, and there were marks on the floor. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of inhalation balm or menthol, which hit my nose immediately. It was very different from the first time. Overall, though, it was okay; the room was next to the elevator, but I couldn’t hear people walking by. The hotel is on a main road but I didn’t hear traffic noise, which means it must have good soundproofing. The TV could tune into all channels, and there was WiFi in the room, but I didn’t use it because I already had cellular data. There was a hairdryer available, and there were only 2 new towels, but no small towel for drying hair. There was coffee available, but it’s a shame I don’t drink coffee. It would be nice to have Milo instead for those who don’t drink coffee (in my opinion). I would go back again because I believe the hotel will keep improving.
This hotel is very clean and convenient. 7 eleven abt 5 mins away. central festival mall is 20 mins walking,asia night bazaar 20 mins and greenway night market also about 20 mins. If u don’t mind walking and want a quiet place to stay then this is great. Btw very easy to get maxim service as well. Staff also helpful ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
