great hotel on the outside”

we we drove up to this hotel in a taxi and we were very impressed with the exterior of the building. it was indeed "grand" in appearance. the room we were given was somewhat less grand. the view from our window was of a very large satellite dish and the air conditioner refused to go above 22c. the room itself was small and a bit dated for a 5-star hotel. we changed to room with a working air conditioning system and our stay was generally ok. the hotel is about 100 meters from a subway station. the subway is a cheap and convenient way to get aroung beijing. taxis are for the first 3 kilometers, but traffic can be awful. the staff was helpful. in the hotel restaurant, i ordered a chicken dish and received gristle in a sauce which they were kind enough to replace with another dish.

Fantastic Hotel -- Great Service”

This is a first class hotel. Great breakfast. The staff is very friendly and attentive to every need. The rooms are spotlessly clean. In Beijing I don't think there is any location better than any other -- it depends on where you want to go. But the hotel's location is about as good as any, especially if you have business at Renmin University, which is a short walk. A truly great experience for the price.

As the front desk can speak English I was pretty impressed with this Hotel. Though my room haven't got any good view except the parking area from balcony but room was very clean, warm, hot shower and the bed was very comfortable. I tried dinner at hotel which was not good. But you can find plenty of good restaurant across the hotel. Well, the drinks were very expensive at hotel.

Relax at in the grand building”

Ideal prior to my return home to be able to relax and unwind after a busy week. Hotel located close to shopping malls and easily accessible transport. Communication with staff was never a problem. Wifi available in lobby only which wasn't a major problem for me.

Very good”

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were poorly trained and supervised. They often leaned against the bar that held the buffet food, often in twos. Usually they would move when a guest approached that area. They were uniformly glum. This is my only complaint about the hotel.

Unos amigos en el corazon de Beijing”

Este complejo, es a lo grande como China y Rusia, cuando juntaron su amistad, uno puso la ingienieria el otro amigo el gusto y el espacio de oriente, dentro de un parque ajardinado y cuidado de continuo, hicieron esta amrabilla con seis palacios, grandes, llenos de majestuosas estancias. Al final siempre vuelvo, ya que es esplendido en todos sus servicios y detalles, no dejen aunque sea mas caro que a una manzana, el disfrutar de sus lujos orientales, aunque le toque pagarlos algo menos que en occidente. Sea bienvenido a este palacio amigo.

私が泊まったのは、Grand Buildinng（建物が４～５棟ある。Grand　Building のみ５星）でしたが、トイレは温水洗浄便座でした。（海外では初めて） 建物全体が掃除が行き届いており清潔感がありました。 空港からも、バスや地下鉄でアクセスが良いが天安門など中心部に行くには多少遠い。

北京友誼賓館”

ホテルが大変大きく、敷地内に何棟も宿泊施設があるのに驚いた。ホテルの顔となっている大通りに面した建物は貴賓館で、我々の泊まる施設は少し奥まった施設だったので少し残念だったが、それでも満足のいく部屋であった。トイレは少し汚いと感じたが、部屋はとても清潔で開放的なつくりでよかった。

近地鐵 房間乾淨”

酒店2分鐘到地鐵4號線, 3分鐘到機場巴士停靠點, 鄰近人民大學, 交通非常方便, 到酒店後前台要花點時間才找到訂單, 取房後又不是我訂的房間類型, 向酒店反映, 酒店前台和經理積極解決問題, 提出方案令人滿意, 最後順利入住該酒店, 房間整潔也很靜, 下次到北京還會選擇這間酒店,.

五星級酒店”

服務好，安靜，交通便利，由Agoda訂房便宜，設備新，五星級酒店，住起來就是不一樣，服務人員在打掃時，完全不會干擾到客人，所有的服務人員都禮貌親切，酒店附近的商家、餐飲都很齊備，日本料理特別的便宜實惠，食材新鮮，餐廳服務也好。

一如既往的好 要是能把洗漱用品也换换牌子就好了 至少像香格里拉一样用用欧舒丹吧 哈哈

总体还是不错的”

我们本来定的是一个商务大床房，但是因为当时没有大床房了，所以给我们免费升成了套间，然后，该挺好的，只是是房间里面的设施稍微有些陈旧。
