old apartment with spacious room”
we came as a large family, 7 adults with 3 children and two toddlers. initially we booked a two 3BR apartments. when we arrived early afternoon, the reception was kind enough to give is 1 apartment which was available and changed the other apartment to TWO 2BR apartments. Rooms were large and clean, and beds were comfortable. The only drawback was we had to request plates, eating and cooking utensils. The reception had different staff with different abilities of speaking english.the apartment was close by to eating places and small malls. to venture out to qianmen, forbidden city and tiananmen square, you could walk it but it would be a long walk (at least one hour). the area is known for its traffic, so when travel by car, be patient.

It was a surprise when I saw the room but it was a very good surprise! ”
We were impressed of this apartment, spacious, clean and quiet, it answers our needs very well. The apartment is near Chaoyangmeng station (2nd round), less than 5 minutes walking from the entry of subway. It is close to embassy area, there are plenty of malls, cafes, restaurants etc around. The apartment provides daily room cleaning, we stayed there for 4 nights and very happy of the services provided. Highly recommend !

Great apartment. Clean and spacious. WiFi is a bit slow, but that seemed to be the case everywhere. Friendly helpful staff, but you need to work with them if you don't speak Chinese.

Poor front counter service with no customer care”
We stayed for 5 nights. No one speak English in front counter. When we seek for help the man answer in not a polite manner and push the customer problem to his colleague. He Refuse to understand customer problem. During the morning session the lady staff is much friendlier to assist. Furthermore we encountered broken glasses and it cut two of my family member foot. Lastly, The common toilet is awfully dirty.

Dirty, far from center and only Chinese speaking staff”
Only the space is good. The room was dirty, no changing the linen any time in 5 days, even requested, floor dirty, kitchenare dirty. No dry machine. Only two small towels, anyone for children.

Exceptional”
Family of 5 booked 3 bedroom apartment. The location is great, about 2-3 blocks from subway, 2 blocks from utown mall that has both casual and expensive restaurants. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated. Just as it shows on the picture. AC is powerful, the beds are not hard Chinese bed. We never cooked but the palace has a nice kitchen if anybody willing to cook. Daily cleaning was provided with fresh towels. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located close to supermarket, malls and subway. The rooms are spacious but you have to ask for basic amenities for kitchen like pots, pans,cutlery etc if you are planning to cook. Although the staff at reception is friendly but barely understands and speak English. Overall good experience.

Good Value”
For the money you paid and what you get, it really worth it considering you are staying at center of Beijing with a pretty spacious suite. The location is perfect with a shopping center cross street. The subway station is about 5-10 minutes walk. The down side is that there's no pool and the fitness room is really a joke.

Great Location and fantastic apartment”
Great location, very close to subway station and the apartment was very clean and in good working order. The only minor thing was that there were very few amenities provided (e.g. pots/pans/plates/hairdryer) etc., however, when we asked for them, they were immediately provided. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place”
Were looking for a big place to have a potluck dinner with friends, also with a good location in case we wanted to go partying somewhere else. This place was just perfect for this! A huge room with 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen and big living room. Enough place for everybody. The stuff was also very friendly. I thought they’d kick us out for all the noise we were making, but they were pretty cool about it. They just told us to keep it down a little to avoid complaints. But there are still few things that everybody should be aware of, if you need something extra in your room you have to ask the reception. They don’t keep it in the rooms. Some kitchenware is also missing, for example cheese grader and whisk, so if you plan to cook there bring everything yourself just in case. Overall it was a good experience, everybody had fun! Totally recommend it!

Good but not very clean”
The room is very large (165 sqm) with 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. The location is very good. It's not a hotel so there is no service apart from daily cleaning. We stayed 6 people with 2 kids and everyday we have to remind staff that we need 2 extra towels. The cleaning service is not good, still some bits and pieces of things left on the floor to step on everyday. It would be perfect if the management improve the level of cleanliness and use the hoover to hoove the floor clean everyday.

Big room but not well maintained”
The room is very big but the facilities inside are not quite well maintained. It takes you 5 min to work to the supermarket, store and some restaurants. Overall, it is not very bad, but I would try another apartment next time in Beijing.

Very disappointing”
We booked the 3 bedroom business suit for 3 nights. Only one room was with a double bed, the other two rooms were both with single beds. It was very old and dirty apartment although it was stated recently renovated in 2014. The toilet looked not cleaned for years with black/yellow marks all over it. The sheet looked wasn't washed properly even with blood marks on it. After calling the reception to change the sheet, we found the duvet was also full of yellow marks so had to call the reception again to get the duvet changed as well. One day, the house keeping ladies left 3 face towels in the room only and we had to chase the reception to get towels for shower few times during the day and finally got them delivered to the room in the evening. The gym was not opened because of raining but no arrangement for guests to keep their routing...This was the worst experience we've got so far with the hotels we booked via Agoda! (although the receptionists were rather nice and kind).We would never recommend this apartment to anyone at all!
