Good location”

Spacious room and location was good. Very near the subway station. Hard to find at first because the english name cannot be seen in front of the hotel, had to ask the doorman to confirm. The front desk staff when we arrived early was very accomodating. We are too early for check in time so they stored our luggage and she also gave us a card with the hotel name including english and chinese names of tourist places. The hotel could use some renovation as the style and furniture inside room already looks old. Yellow dim lights were used which were not enough to fully light up the entire room. Overall stay was good, Walmart is a couple blocks away too.

Good location within walking distance to Dongdaqiao subway station”

Pro: Its just across the road from Dongdaqiao station (东大桥) on Line 6. There are some eateries near the station, the most famous is the HaiDiLao Hotpot (海底捞火锅) but you can also try other equally good restaurants around there. Room was clean and of reasonable size for the price, bathroom is spacious although a bit old. It is quiet at night and no noises in the morning so we could sleep in peacefully. Staffs are very friendly and helpful but this could be because we speak Mandarin fluently. Cons : The room cleaning is not thorough, often the used drinking glasses were not replaced. They could be more generous with shower creams and shampoos instead of just giving 2 little tubes of them. Overall it is value for money and excellent for the convenience around it.

Incompetant and Unhelpful Staff”

The staff who work at this hotel are extremely incompetant and unhelpful in any manner. Checking into my room alone took nearly two hours. While they swiped my card for the room deposit, and claimed it wasn't going through, I looked at my online account and discovered that the charges were processed and had been charged five times. They were on their own schedule without any regard to myself, the customer, and luckily I did not have meets scheduled until the next day, otherwise I most likely would have been late because of their inability to do anything right. All in all, don't stay at the Guoan Hotel, and pick another one that wont make things a lot more difficult than they have to be.

Dated decor, location is not convenient”

Very far (1km) from the nearest subway station. Air Conditioner makes hell of a noise, bathroom is quite run down although serviceable. Antique safe deposit box design requires a big padlock and key from the front desk. Hard to get a cab in the evening. Slow and antiquated elevators. The Agoda star rating is over-rated, should deduct 1-star based on the hardware.

En general es un buen hotel, las habitaciones son adecuadas a un hotel 3*, pero el precio es un poco elevado para su categoria. El gran problema sigue siendo el idioma ya que los empleados no hablan otro idioma que no sea chino y es muy dificil la estadia en un lugar en donde no podes comunicar tus necesidades.

das Hotel liegt inzwischen genau ggü. der neuen U.Bahnstation Dongdaqiao, Linie 6; auch die Busstation liegt genau gegenüber. Dadurch ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Nach vorne/Westen hat man einen interessanten Weitblick über einen Platz, die Zimmer in diese Richtung sind durch den Verkehrslärm laut. Es gibt noch Zimmer zur Nordseite, diese zeigen auf eine etwas ruhigere Seitenstraße, die in den Chaoyang-District führt. Hier findet man eine typische chinesische Nachbarschaft. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Supermärkte, auch Straßenmärkte, eine Karaokebar und einen Club weiter hinten. Sanlitun-Bar-street ist fussläufig erreichbar, ca. 15 min. Die meisten Zimmer sind auch für Raucher, müssten mal modernisiert werden, Teppich flauschig, aber fleckig, Möbel haben teilweise schon Gebrauchsspuren, im Bad großer Spiegel, zwischen den Fliesen auch schon fleckig, noch okay. Für den Safe holt man sich einen Schließzylinder an der Rezeption. Das Bett war sehr gut, groß und nicht zu weich. Fernseher ist auf chinesisch eingestellt, Sprache kann auch auf Englisch eingestellt werden, ca. 30 Kanäle Staatsfernsehen und Beijing TV. Zimmerservice spricht kaum Englisch, Rezeption ja, beide sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell.

Schlichtes Hotel”

die anfahrt mit dem taxi bereitet oft probleme, wenn der fahrer die interne lage nicht kennt. die zimmer sind schlicht aber sehr preiswert. die seite zur hauptstrasse ist recht laut. frühstücksbuffet und restaurant sind ganz gut, das personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. an der reception ist manchmal übersetzungshilfe ins englische erforderlich. die rechnung wird durch eine zahlungsgesellschaft ausgewiesen, nur als gesamtsumme, ohne irgendwelche details. ein taxi zu bekommen ist morgens und bei regen schwierig, taxi zum flughafen besser telefonisch über die rezeption bestellen, das klappt gut.

지허철 역과 엄청 가깝고 버스정류장도 가까워서 교통편이 아주 좋았습니다. 근처에 편의점도 있어서 너무 좋아요! 방에 큰 전등이 없어서 너무 무드있는게 문제긴 하지만 채광이 좋아서 상관은 없습니다ㅋㅋㅋ 프론트 직원들이 영어를 잘해서 의사소통에 불편함도 없고 잘 챙겨주셔서 편안하게 잘 묵었어요 굿!

북경관광시 베이징 구오안 호텔에서 2박”

호탤은 동다처오 지하철역 D1출구에서 200미터. 출구에서 나와 우측으로 도로 따라 걷다 맞은편 건물인데 호텔 사진은 호텔 마크가. 건물 꼭대기에 붙어 있는데 실제는 아무것도 붙어 있지 않아서 호텔이 어딘지 알 수 없어서 당황 했음. 아마 다른사람도 똑같이 당황할 거아고 샹각된다. 호텔안에 Don't desk에도 호텔 머크가 없었다. 왜 그렇게 하는지 이해가 안된다. 호텔은 시내 중심가 동다차오 역 바로 옆 에. 위치해 있다. 해외 여행시 호텔에서 대중 교통편이 좋지 않으면. 이동에 비용이 많이 귀중한 시간이 허비되고. 어떤 경우는 무척 고생한다.. 이런 면에서 베이징 구오안 호텔은 이동이 매우 편리한 장소에 있어서 시내 어느 곳을 가도 쉽게 움직일 수 있었고 호텔방은 거실과 침실로 구분되고 각각 실내도 넓고 깨끗하여 매우 좋았다. 요즘은 아침을 거의 안먹거나 간단히 먹는 사람이 많지만 내 경험상에는 해외 출장시 또는 해외관광여행시는 평소보다 많이 걷게되고 힘이 들어 식사를 더 많이 먹게 된다. 근데 구오안호텔은 북경의 비슷한 가격의 다른 호텔에 비해 아침 조식은 과일이나 후식도 별로 없고 뭔가 좀 먹거리가 부족한듯 해서 조금 아쉬웠다.

분위기가 쓸만한 호텔”

주변상점을 걸어서 이동하기는 좀 먼호텔이나 호텔을 찾기는 그다지 불편하지 않았다. 비교적 잘알려져있는 호텔이다. 호텔의 외관이 그럴싸하고 제법 큰 호텔이다. 방도 나름대로 넓고 깨끗했으나 건물이 오래되서인지 약간 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났다.

性价比不错的酒店，离地铁6号线2分钟，附近公交站也多，去CBD方便，设施不错，偏旧一些但非常干净，服务也好，空调太凉了点。

整体感觉还是很不错的，服务员的态度很好！只是这个酒店智能允许一个终端上网，这个比较麻烦！因为现在商务出差，有手机有电脑有pad，所以最好能将终端的数目增加到3个或者5个！
