Very nice , clean, modern and budget friendly hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and they changed all the linens on the second day even if we did not request for it. We stayed in the hotel with our friend and he was also surprised that his bedsheets and pillow cases were being changed on a daily basis. Not a lot of breakfast choices but the food were all good. The bathroom is huge and very clean. The staffs were also nice and friendly.

Great value and close to the train station”
The hotel is very close to the train station. It takes 5-10 min depending on your speed. Our room was very big and I think it was a great value for the price we paid. There’s a lot of car rentals in the area. The hotel has a garage which is free, so that was a good bonus because we had a car. I would stay here again if I visit hualien in the future

We stayed here for 1 night only. The room is big enough for 4 people and comfortable. The staff can't speak English, but they have translator device so can communicate with them.

Would be great if luggage rack can be provided in room. Buffet breakfast has good spread and good choices for vegetarian. Would be even better if can have different options daily as noted the spread/dishes were same for 2 consecutive days.

5 mins walk from Hualien Station, away from shopping district ”
It you have less luggage, no elderly, no young children. This may be one of the hotel you can consider. It's spacious and have most of the amenities you need. Breakfast spread was alright. More local food instead of international style options. I'm OK with that. One of the night, aircorn wasn't working. It was a total "stuffy" situation in my room in the middle of the night. I didn't call down to the reception due to wee hours. Next day, which if our check out day, we've clarified that it was due to the next door switch tripped. Besides, hotel provides free shuttle to Hualien Station. This wasn't informed upon arrival. However, it was helpful for me as I've big luggage and some handcarry with me. And especially during wet weather. Only disadvantage is the location which is away from the shopping district. There's nothing else nearby besides a supermert. You have to cab to Dongdamen night market and shopping District. Each trip cost around $120-150.

The lady receptionist was very kind and thoughtful, but the hotel itself has some issues with cleaning. I saw stains everywhere in the carpets along the corridors and room, towels also with stains and old. Room is spacious and wifi is also great.

Location is good if you drive, very clean, rooms are good, parking is not suitable for large cars, breakfast on Sunday was good (buffet ) but on Monday it was really bad (burger with salad)

It is in a good location relatively near the Hualien train station and bus station. There are nearby restaurants and 7-Eleven for food and drinks. Rooms are a decent size, with plenty of room for 2 persons. The main downside is that the hotel interior is dated and feels old.

Hotel staff are friendly. It's near the train station but quite far from night market and better options for dining in, hotel does not provide bicycles that can be borrowed by guests. They do not have washing machines so it's not too convenient if you are staying for more than 2 days with your family. Breakfast is so-so.

This hotel offers mechanical parking with limited available parking spaces. Please keep this in mind when you book during holiday or long weekend, as you certainly have to be back at the hotel before 6 pm or you might end up looking for another parking space outside the hotel.
