This hotel has helpful and welcoming staff, and serves a satisfying breakfast that includes a coffee machine. Came here for 4 days 3 nights. Location is about 15minutes away from the city on grab but they do offer shuttle service . We opt to take Gojek as we didn’t wanna restrict ourselves to the timings. Staff are very polite and helpful . Reception is clean and overall place is spotless . Checking in and checking out was effortless . The beds were amazingly comfortable and we had a great sleep the 3 nights we were there . They also gave me a complimentary brownie cake and the bar was complimentary too . The pools and gym were great and clean . We also dine at the 2 restaurants T the rooftop. Unfortunately the Italian restaurant food was not great and meat was inferior . We also patronized the Selangit bar and ordered a few cocktails which were averaged . The breakfast was amazing!!!!!! The buffet spread was limitless and it seems to be very extensive . Overall would highly recommend this hotel
Pros: We opted for the Suite, and the room was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, although there was a slight delay during check-in when our room wasn't ready. However, the staff promptly offered my spouse and I complimentary drinks. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff maintained both the hotel and our room impeccably clean. Cons: We ordered room service several times, but one occasion resulted in food that was excessively oily and salty. We were reimbursed for those items. However, the other dishes we tried such as pizza and pasta were also disappointing. The menu heavily featured beef, which limited my choices as I don't eat beef. The Indonesian cuisine lacked authenticity. Consequently, we sought out authentic Indonesian and other Western foods at nearby shopping malls (20- 30 mins car ride). Regarding breakfast: We sampled the breakfast buffet on multiple occasions but found it underwhelming. Only the sunny-side-up eggs, omelettes, and cereals met our expectations. The breakfast was limited featuring mostly beef, including beef sausages and etc which limited my choices. Given our preference for in-room dining and hotel cuisine, the overall dining experience was disappointing. Therefore, we may explore alternative hotel options in the future.

Staff are friendly, wide spread of yummy and delicious breakfast. Room is comfortable. Everything is great except for few hiccups on the room. I booked 3 room. 2 were luxury while one of the room was smaller when we booked all same room and paid same price. Question staff but reply was the sqm are the same which i doubt so. Eventually, the Manager Mr Annga came and was graceful and polite. He was quick to resolve the problem, though we insist on not changing the room just to give them a feedback. Other than that this is a really great place to relax and unwind. They are really accomodating to all request. Thank you for making my 20th anniversary and stress free and great stay. Will definitely be back.

Very happy and satisfied with everything about this hotel. All staff are friendly. Room very nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast got lots of varieties. Fresh fruits juice either ready made or u DIY ur own juices. Should come and experience it urself. Will not regret. Im sure to come back with my other family members. Near to Panbill Mall. There is also a supermarket beside de hotel. Very convenient. Must come and try once. Sure to repeat again next time.🥰

“Excellent service & Nice hotel!”
This is my first time to this hotel & after reading the reviews this is truly an amazing hotel. I’ve been to other hotel in batam but this one is outstanding! The quality service from all the staff, to the cleaniness of the room, to the great spread of breakfast & to the facilities, this truly deserved FIVE STARS! AMAZING! I loved the pool & the spa. We had a great massage for 2 hours and worth every penny. From the start of our stay here, the receptionist & the concierge really made our day. We felt welcome from the very beginning. We would love to the name all the staff that serve us but really if you are looking for a good hotel in Batam, you should try Best Western Panbil. 15mins drive from Batam Center ferry terminal & good ideal location around the city! We would love to come again! Well done Best Western Panbil! You all have my heart!
