Beautiful location right on beach. Close to fast boats, great sea walk, water warm due to Reef. However, you can't get a taxi pickup from hotel and must use their drivers at their rates. More than double the fare but you can get a taxi back to hotel and compare for yourself! Great stay, third time and will come back.

I chose this hotel because of the bathup facilities but it was very disappointing because the bathup could not be used. The bathup drain hole cannot be closed tightly. Besides, there was no information on Agoda which said that a deposit of 500,000 Rupiah was needed

The Inna Bali Beach Garden is a great place to stay in the North Sanur area. We found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The rooms are showing signs of aging but were clean & comfortable. The air conditioner was struggling to cool the room but overall was acceptable. The gardens & pools are lovely. Great location, good value for money.

Rooms are big but they need to get a renovation. Hotel direct at the beach. Don't forget your water shoes (Beach is full of coral pieces. A lot of maintenance everyware is necessary. Pool is big and clean. Food can be much better (Breakfast cold and tasteless). Good restaurants are around. A lot of maintenance is necessary. 2 stars plus Hotel.

The Oldest Hotel in Bali DESPERATELY needs renovations!!!”
Beyond underwhelmed. The hotel is the largest in all of Bali so we were very excited to see. The grounds are pretty nice with 2 restaurants and a golf range, but the room was disgusting, and I mean that genuinely. The smell of mold overtook the entire room which had rotting wood for furniture and this actually made me sick. My partner and I woke up coughing with sore throat, and we both ended up spending the rest of the night sleeping on lawn chairs on the beach. Beach is beautiful, but not good for swimming because of sharp rocks on the reef. The staff was very friendly, but didn't help when we told them our bathroom was infested with ants. They said they would clean, but no one came. Food is okay. The fish my partner ordered was left with pinbones throughout it. Not the service you expect from a 5-star hotel. I would NOT come back to this place if someone paid me!!! 4/10 stars for me, only because of the proximity to the beach. Very disappointed, and you will be too, I guarantee it.

Good location but facilities are rather worn off and need renovation”
Nice breakfast with choices. Lovely environment just by the beach but the room definitely need some renovation and maintenance e.g. the shower head was quite rusty. Overall stayed well but was expecting better from a hotel of this scale.

When this venue was all under one banner we could not have been happier. Now that it is split into three separate entities, we found some changes that reduced our enjoyment. Six months prior we asked for some rooms that we have enjoyed before and were told “We will do our best”. On arrival we had previously been greeted with “Welcome home” and given the rooms we asked for. On this occasion we received keys to damaged rooms, gaffa tape over broken power points, unacceptable bathrooms, separate beds (for a couple!) in a location we had not wanted. We did question this and were told “What we had asked for would cost more money and if you want to pay more money you can have them in two days because they are occupied now” which surely should have been mentioned when we paid in full six months prior. Before the split the breakfast in the tower was fantastic. Now it occurs at the poolside Turta Bar and is basic, lower than average in quality and the hot food is cold. Also, Powdered milk is mixed up for tea & coffee. I can’t decide whether or not they have lost us yet but it’s a shame that we have to consider it.

Old hotel that needs upgrade”
Pros - large corner room (#1800) facing beach, lounges on beach with pads were nice Cons - hotel/room needs upgrades (looks like 1980s and no changes), faucets rusting, AC cold but drips water, bellman did nothing to unload our taxi, furniture old, no safe (had to ask for one), the pool bricks are broken and no mortar. Breakfast had quantity but no real quality (french fries were good at breakfast). Pizza actually was good at 1688 Beach Bar, banana split good too.

We couldn't have made a better choice! Bali Beach Garden is right on the beach and has absolutely everything that almost any traveller could hope for. The staff go out of their way to make your visit pure relaxation and the only thing we'd change is the duration of our visit ... next time we'll stay even longer. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here for 1 night, once we reached the room we got really shocked to see dead cockroach, sticky floor, dusty furniture & rusted & not maintained bathtub. Before I book I had clearly mentioned that my boy has sensitive skin issue & requested for cleaner room unfortunately this is what we have got. Once we informed the receptionist, few men’s came to clean the room as in mop the floor & wipe the dust. We felt so uncomfortable taking bath in the bathroom due to bad cleanliness. Location was ok, the beach was clean, lots of coral reef at the beach this harder to get into the beach water. Thank god it was only 1 night stay, not going to recommend to anyone or coming back again

The location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are outdated but very clean. Cons bed very very hard bed, makes for a unrestful sleep. Kept waking up in pain and rolling over. Breakfast is below average and bar selection is poor and bar prices very high

We had a wonderful stay at Inna garden, the room we stayed in where easy enough to access end/out to the beach as we love lounging out the beach front of the hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating to our requests. Can’t wait to come this October

Let's start from cons: Mainly it's the fact that the facilities are showing their age. The renovation is long overdue. As for the pros... First of all, it's the hotel personnel, always helpful and nice. Then there's the location which I consider to be the best in Sanur. And the facilities, although their age is showing, are still nice. That's why this was our second stay there!

Needs renovation. Don't get me wrong. I loved my stay there but the rooms really need renovation. Bathtubs look damaged. Shower heads are clogged (water sprays in all directions). Air conditioning (AC) does not have a good settings options and no remote control. There are only 2 electrical outlets in the room (one of them is for the TV). And in one room I rented the other one wasn't working. So that's not handy if you need to charge your phone, tablet or laptop and watch TV at the same time.
