ESTADIA EN BALI BEACH GRAND HOTEL”

el hotel tiene una magnifica ubicación y excelentes comodidades. La atención por los detalles de limpieza y mantenimiento de jardines y lugares comunes es muy tenida en cuenta, con lo que se logra un ambiente muy confortable y estéticamente bien logrado. Las piscinas son igualmente limpias y seguras. Las indicaciones de uso de las comodidades son claras y concisas. El servicio que se ofrece en la habitación, consistente en infusiones gratuitas (autoservicio del pasajero)y agua mineral es adecuado y muy practico para el pasajero. Los desayunos merecen un especial elogio por la variedad, frescura y buena presentación de los alimentos, en especial los maestros cocineros que despachan los huevos en diversas presentaciones. El hecho de que ofrezcan panes frances y de centeno me dejo un amable recuerdo de estas atenciones

Las habitaciones son grandes aunque lo peor son las moquetas de todo el hotel. La entrada da la sensación de mucho más, para lo que es realmente luego la habitación. Sencillas pero agradables. Mantenimiento flojo para un 4 estrellas. Desayuno justo

Excepcional”

Great place. It is an older hotel and it shows by way of worn carpet and outdated electrical .But, these things are made up by cleanliness and caring staff. One other thing, the water pressure coming out of the shower head is disappointingly weak and the water temperature does not stay where you set it. The water temp will go from warm to super hot to cold.

Great beach front hotel.”

Has a lot of potential to become a 4 or 5 stars hotel again, if renovated. Meanwhile, we appreciated the reasonable price probably due to the condition of the hotel. Great location next to ferries to the Islands, few minutes walk to food areas, very peaceful, great pools and grounds. Surprisingly with so much humidity damages, our rooms were comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Good beds/pillows, good ac and very quiet. Nice staff. We will definitely stay again if we return to Sanur.

Excepcional”

It is a great hotel. It is an older hotel and it shows it in the way of older carpets and lighting controls etc. My only negative is that the shower water temperature is inconsistent and that the shower head is very weak in its flow. It is unsatisfactory when it comes to a nice hot shower with good water pressure and water temperature that stays at the temperature you set it at. Other than that, the staff was excellent and the grounds are beautiful. Great location too.

Great beach front location”

This was my second visit to this hotel. It’s right on the beach which is a nice peaceful part of Bali and great for a good nights sleep. The hotel has a few gift shops, tour booking agency and a medical clinic with a doctor and nurse working there. I was really ill my last day and the doctor and nurse in the clinic took really god care of me so that I was well enough to get my flight home. I highly recommend this hotel for location and price.

Major water issues in bathroom”

Staff did nothing to help and the manager was an outright liar telling me there was no problem. I called for two days and spoke even with concierge. Upon checkout manager denied any problem. At all. The bathroom was unusable and dangerous with water all over the place and a danger. Unacceptable and will never return.

Big motel. Had lots of business functions and busses ”

Ok except around pool Chinese and java men googled the young women in swimmers which made them very upset at times. No rest or food near resort. Had to walk at 600 to 800 meters for food. Resort food way overpriced 21per xent tax. Beer large 10 aussie dollars. Only one rest and staff were very lasxted trying to get service Great if you are catching boat to islands.

Special Sanur”

The hotel was great value and ideal location next to the buzzy beachfront. Lovely pools including hooded cabanas and great range of dining options nearby. Only issue was the room smelling a bit mouldy as not aired. Seems they have plans for renovation, which is good as otherwise you can't fault it. Make sure you check out the GoJek app for cheap reliable taxis.

Although this hotel is a little tided and is need of some updating. the location and staff well and truly make up for it. Our room was spotless and the view was amazing. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure the quests are looked after. Great hotel and location well done Inna Grand Bali.

Would recommend ”

The location on the beach and the pools are the best part about this hotel. I would definitely recommend it, it’s down the quiet end of the beach. On arrival the greeting is nothing special, they do expect a credit card or large amount of cash as deposit incase you buy anything at the restaurants etc. It was 500,000 but we stayed for 7 nights. The rooms are very old and the bathroom borderline gross.... it’s not dirty but very old and falling apart with black stains all over the bath and in the sink. The aircon system is really old and rubbish, we had to move rooms after the first night as didn’t work and took about seeing 5 different rooms till we found one that worked better then the others. The reception was really great about this and very helpful and patient while we looked. From seeing different rooms all the bathrooms are in similar condition, some worse then others. We ended up in room 810 which the aircon was better then some of the others. The beds where huge and comfy and has a tv, fridge and balcony with lovely view. Cleaning is ok... not amazing and could be a little better, they definitely need a new vacuum as doesn’t clean the carpet well. When we moved to new room sheet on bed hadn’t been changed, we didn’t realise till we got into bed and could smell men’s aftershave and women’s perfume on the covers. Housekeeping where quick at coming up to change. Most of the staff are friendly and the pool guys are very helpful with setting up your mat on the deck chairs. Be careful when eating in the restaurant, the prices look good but then they add on 21% for a service charge and 10% for government tax. Which is insane, if you walk down along the beach you will come to other restaurant that only charge 12% government tax. When you walk out onto the beach the main area is to turn right and keep walking, but even closer is some restaurants when you turn left, hidden round the corner of the path. Cheap and good food. There is also lots of really cheap local food

Older hotel but retains its charm”

Built in 1963, the hotel is in a reasonable state of repair, given its age and repairs and upgrades look to be ongoing. There are actually 3 sections with different reception areas - the high rise T shaped hotel, 2 storey rooms and older single storey bungalows. The WiFi is very good with each room having a repeater. Room servicing is very good. There are 5 restaurants, 3 with beach frontage - prices are not unreasonable for the setting. The pools have sections for children. The hotel is quite popular as a conference venue and also has the glass Diamond Center as a wedding venue.

The good: almost everything. Really. Staff amazing. Easy check in and out. Great all you can eat buffet breakfast with a mix of Asian & western food. Three pools. 3 restaurant, a little expensive but to be expected at a resort, and good quality if small portions. Super delicious & cheap desserts . Did I say great staff? I will say it again, great staff! They remembered our names, drinks, places we liked to lay by the pool,one guy even brought us stuff from town! Another took us to the post office on there own time in there car and wanted nothing for it! Many people there who came Year after year, some for 20+years. We booked for 3 nights, went to different part of Bali and returned for 17 days. The bad. Could be cleaner and in need of a face lift but at this price a super deal. We stayed in the tower. Highly recommend

Great older beachfront hotel in a quiet relaxed area”

First it's a 2 1/2 - 3 star hotel at a bargain price. Friendly staff, sub par service( have to flag them down and never ask if you want anything else)but they remember your name and always smile, never rude. Will go out of there way if asked for something special. You just have to ask. It's older and in need of a facelift. Great pool. We stayed in the tower and really had a great time here. Nice all you can eat buffet breckfast. Mix of western and local fare. Love the beachfront bike/walking path that goes on forever lined with bars,coffee shops, shops, convenience stores you name it. Close to the night market(15 min walk) for meals very cheap and good. Stayed a week, came back and stayed for another 10 days. Many guests come Year after year so take that as you may.

Great place to stay.”

We booked last minute and stayed in one of the hotel rooms for two nights. We had a lovely view of the pool and beach/bay. The room was big with a king size bed, very comfortable. The room was extremely clean, good wifi and movie channels. The resort is older but because of that there is plenty of space and it's right on the beach. The gardens are extensive and well maintained, a pleasure to walk around. We had the buffet breakfast in the main hotel which was excellent and ate at two of the other restaurants, also very good. There is also many great places to eat along the beach front. The staff are helpful and happy, we would stay again.

Great location, sea views from balcony, great pools, breakfast was catered for Asians, not much choice’s for westerners, we had to change rooms twice as the aircon wasn’t working properly and the room was hot. Old hotel and rooms have been renovated but bathroom is still outdated, would stay here again because of the location and access to the beach which had a great walking path along the beach front.
