Excellent hotel and well located”
I enjoyed my short stay in Lampang and Tree Tara Hotel helped greatly. It had a clean comfortable room with fast reliable wifi. The breakfast buffet was good also. There is a restaurant there that I had a dinner which was excellent meal too.

Clean and modest place”
An another recommendation stay while you’re in Lampang. This hotel is very new and clean, although there are not much facilities in the room but overall it’s nice. The hotel comes with very minimalist and stylish design. The bed is soft, the room is big enough for 2 persons. Breakfast is ok. Worth to stay.

A nice place to stay off town. Almost everything is perfect, except a breakfast. There were only a few menus. The kitchen could not serve fast enough. A coffee maker was not provided on our second day of stay.

Room not ready for check in time”
We are confirmed to check in at 14:00 . But when we arrived at 14:30 . Our room was not ready . We had to wait about 20-30 minutes . This should not had happened for long distance driving guest.

not great if you are noise-sensitive”
Really great thing about this place is that it is very clean and well maintained. But there are a lot of cons; The architecture of the building helps echoing everything that is going on inside. On the 6th floor you can hear the breakfast service downstairs. Thin walls. The window in the room on the street side does no soundproofing whatsoever. The restaurant behind the hotel has live music in the evening/night so you can hear it as well. When u turn off the lights in the room, the keycard holder has the blinking light that goes on forever. Not sure if it is designed that way or if it is some sort of an alarm... The cleaning staff start cleaning around 7AM and do not care if there are still guests in the next room. I had to come out of the room and told them to keep the chatting the banging o n the walls down (and they did right away). One small elevator for the whole building and you also share it with staff and cleaning crew.

Clean, comfortable and spacious ”
Modern style. have a restaurant and café near by. We stayed there 1 week. room type : Master Suite At that time, air con was not working very well. There was click noises (like when the compressor temporary shutdown) every 2-3 minutes. if you are sensitive to noises. Don't forget to check before bed time. I was watching TV till late night so, i didn't realize that problem. first night for me was very bad. I cannot sleep all night, but next day I was too tired so, I can sleep eventually. I asked the reception she said she will send someone to check but i think she forgot it. By the way, compare to others hotel in Lampang. This one is the best for me. I understand that something is out of control. I hope my feedback can help you improve the services.

Modern, clean, but soulless”
The Tree Tara is a brand new hotel located between two busy highways on the outskirts of Lampang. As such it might be more suited as a business hotel. The atrium reaches from the lobby to a glass roof above the top (6th) floor, making it light but very noisy, amplified by the use of shiny marble everywhere. We paid double the regular room cost to get what they called the honeymoon suite. This had the great advantage of facing a nice green space with a large tree at the rear, rather than the noisy highway at the front. The bead was comfortable, the bath nice and the room as clean as a hospital ward. But there are design flaws. None of the light switches or power points are close to the bed, so you have to get out to switch lights on and off. There is one small lift for a hotel which must have around 40-50 rooms - trying to take your cases down in the morning often requires waiting for 2-3 full lifts to go first. There is a kettle but only basic nescafe supplied - not even Lipton’s teabags! Breakfast is fine, mainly Asian, but nothing special. I suppose that sums up the hotel. For all the stylish, modern flourishes this is definitely not a boutique hotel, but more like the Ibis hotels you find on the outskirts of every European city - serviceable, perfectly comfortable, but not memorable. Had I been on a business trip I think I would have been more favorable. However the hotel was quite busy so it clearly appeals to many other people.

Located out of the city and need to make a long U turn to hotel location if you drive. A power failure breakdown during my stay and take an hour to get it back.

The drain in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The toilet seat was more than just a little loose. The plastic key/room card flashed all night in its holder causing us to wonder if it was some kind of alarm. In the bathroom were live with cocoons in the corners. Breakfast not enough. The eggs and sausages finally appeared after 30 minutes. This is my reasons the worst value for my money because I've experienced in probably 20 Thai hotels.

3 Stars Hotel with stinky bedsheet.”
We requested for changing the new bed sheet while we were booking the room. When we arrived at the hotel we found that the bed sheet so stinky. It's like they used the old bedsheet from the last customers and they didn't change the new one. We were so tried because we drove from Bangkok around 8 hrs. Even in this corona virus situation. The hotel should have more responsibility than this. They don't have any excuse that "We are fully booked this weekend or there are so many customer today". We did special request for more than a week and

Loved the hotel, there was plenty of facilities for me to explore. Especially loved the onsen, with its own private garden that had tea served after the onsen session. Extremely relaxing! Also enjoyed a yummy dinner at the restaurant behind, food was scrumptious and decently priced. Bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was clean. Overall, a great place to stay in and would highly recommend. Oh, and the location was pretty convenient, took a taxi from Lampang airport which was only a few minutes ride away.
