"Apparently the hotel was fairly new, during booking in Agoda on 07th Oct for stay on 09th Oct. it was clearly mentioned that free wifi is available, however upon arrival on the property, i came to know that wifi is not working for 2 weeks at least. Upon booking i requested for a king size bed for me and my wife, and we end up with 2 single beds pushed together with a canal in between... I was ask to sign the rules and regulations, where one point was "the hotel will is not responsible for any loss " but when I ask if they have safety deposit box to keep my valuables they don't have any???? The hotel will not be ideal for traveler with 40 kg of luggage as being a low rise property, there is no lift to transport this , in this instance we are staying in the hotel as it was recommended by a friend who live close by in Cabuyao, before we fly to Abu Dhabi the next day. I need to do online check in for the flight and book a car rental.....i have to do it in the reception computer. ."
