POOL AND RESORT WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Strictly observe safety and hygiene, read and understand what is stated below:
Registered guests only are allowed to enter the site.
Be aware of the depth markings of the swimming pools at all times. REMEMBER THAT THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Enjoy swimming and always be careful.
No bringing of food and drink within the pool area.
Use the toilet/shower before swimming.
Proper swimming attire must be worn.
Dangerous practices are prohibited. Guests must not run on decks, climb, sit or jump from fences, dive in shallow water, dunk, push, pull or splash swimmers. Back jumps, twisting and flips are not permitted at any time.
Spitting, spouting water, or blowing of nose in the pool is prohibited.
Be aware of the depth markings at all times.
No glass or breakable containers, or hazardous and sharp metal objects are allowed in the pool.
Children of all ages must be strictly accompanied by the parents or an adult every time they go near the pool area.
Toddlers will not be allowed to wander around the pool deck or sit on the edge of the pool unless accompanied by parents.
Your protection is our ultimate concern, please avoid going to the pool if you have open wounds.
No smoking except in designated areas.
Walk at all times! DO NOT RUN! Floors and grounds of the resort are slippery especially when wet.
We do disinfectant misting and pest control, but as extra protection we encourage our guest to bring off lotions, due to lush vegetation onsite it breeds flies and mosquitoes.
Bringing of deadly weapons such as knife, guns and others are strictly prohibited.
Emergency procedures must be observed. Swimmers must leave the pool immediately upon the signal of the Resort Manager, Pool Attendant or any authorized personnel of the resort.
To make sure the safety of our guests, we will start the pool water reduction two (2) hours before your check-out time to facilitate disinfection and sanitation procedures.
Strictly observe security precautions…
One California Beach Private Pools provides 24-hour security. We are equipped with CCTV cameras for our guests’ protection located outside the villas. We do not install cameras inside to ensure our guests' privacy.
Guests are required to present ONE (1) VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD upon signing into the GUESTS INFORMATION SHEET.
For families or groups, a coordinator or set of coordinators must be assigned or designated by the family or group of guests. Coordinators shall be in charge of reminding their companions of the rules on security, safety, and hygiene. Coordinators will be accountable and responsible for all violations, untoward activities, actions, and behaviors of their family members or group mates.
For guests with senior citizens' companion, we advise having a personal butler who will assist you during your stay since our caretakers have other guest concerns and requests that needs to attend to.
Security guards of the resort shall have all the rights to inspect bags of guests whenever the situation arises based on our Inspection Guidelines. Please cooperate at all times as this is for your protection.
Be that as it may, One California Beach Private Pools will not be held responsible or liable in the event of damage, loss, or theft of your properties, including your motor vehicles. Guests must safely keep their monies and other valuables.
Only registered guests are allowed to use our resort and facilities. If a registered guest allows an unregistered person to enter his/her room or access the resort or use its facilities, then One California Beach Private Pools will not be responsible and liable in case of untoward incidents.
You can buy your needs anytime outside but we discourage you to buy food and drink outside while staying in our resort. To prevent cross-contamination and/or food poisoning, we encourage you to buy from our restaurant.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject guests and other groups and individuals from the premises of the resort for breach or violation of these terms and conditions.
Other reminders to be observed…
1.We would like to inform you of the City of Calamba ordinance regarding loud noises, like the use of karaoke in the wee hours at night. The daily cut-off set is at 10 PM; the police outpost is just outside our gate; they can easily track the noise from our area. The policeman might penalize those who will not comply. Please be guided accordingly.
2.Guest must follow the STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME. Any EXCEEDING TIME WILL BE PENALIZED OF ₱1,000 PER HOUR. We wanted to ensure that we provide the best services to all our guests.
3.Bring the necessary toiletries and towels (for hygienic purposes). We have a toiletries pack on site. You may purchase those at ₱50.00/each. It includes five (5) pieces of soap and five (5) pieces of shampoo with conditioner. Bath towels will also be available at ₱350.00/each and bathrobes for ₱1,200.00/each.
4.Kitchen equipment is available in each villa (upon request). For hot/cold water dispensers, you may bring the circle gallon type or get it on-site for ₱80.00/gallon. You may bring your own charcoal; you can also buy it at the resort for ₱50.00 per pack. Gas rental is ₱300.00 per duration of stay.
5.Dinnerware set is available on-site (subject to availability). We will provide the exact number of pax declared, if the client requests extras, they will pay an additional fee of ₱20.00 per set for one (1) pax. We prohibit the use of disposables (cups/spoons/forks/plates) as we strictly support the “REUSE - REDUCE - RECYCLE” of trashes. If the clients insist on bringing disposables for any personal reasons, the resort will charge an environmental fee amounting to ₱200.00 (per garbage bag for disposable waste) for the extra trash incurred.
6.Kindly bring all the necessary kitchenware you need if you will cook on-site. We highly discourage bringing in any form of glasses as they may break and cause serious injuries during your stay. We want to avoid any accidents, especially within the pool area. If this kind of situation happens, we need to thoroughly clean the pool affected and ensure there are no shards of glass left.
7.Pillows and blankets are provided per bed. Should you wish to be more comfortable, you may bring more blankets or rent an additional on-site. (Pillows – ₱100.00 each | Blankets – ₱200.00 | Extra Mattresses – ₱500.00).
8.NO PETS ALLOWED inside the villa due to hygiene, smell, and sensitive allergen issues. If you wish to bring them, there is an additional payment of ₱1,000.00 per pet.
9.Please follow the assigned check-in schedule. We do not have a designated waiting area in case you come early.
10.Please be reminded that the last call for our staff is at 8 PM. No requests are attended to after the mentioned time.
11.Kindly inform the representative if you are having an occasion (like birthday parties, company outings, etc.), there will be some corkage fees:
Outside Catering – ₱3,500.00
Outside Photo booth – ₱150.00/hour
Mobile Bar – ₱1,000.00 for 4 hours
Sound System – ₱1,000.00
