We are a short, 5 minute drive to the Telok Chempedak baech, with easy access to the Cherating resort area-all while remaining close to all the shopping, restaurants and amenities in town. This is the perfect vacation residence for families, with space for 15+ guests. Suggest to avoid”

1) No towel 2) Auto gate problems 3) Aircon not cold. 4) No shower gel 5) No shampoo 6) Broken shower 7) Dusty floors 8) Broken (burned) electrical plug points. 9) Staircase woods blanks are lossen (not safe) 10) Kitchen/utensils was look dusty. 11) Too noisy from traffic at main road,-no indication on the listing 12) windows could not close properly 13) rusty bathroom holders 14) dust under sofas in bedroom 15) insect larvae/silverfish on walls in bedroom 16) bedside lamps don't work well 17) musty smell all over 18) torn garden seats * whole house is accident waiting to happen
