The hotel is highly recommended by many guests because of their excellent and friendly staff, making their stay memorable. This family-friendly hotel is set in a great location, with great facilities, including a large water park and private beach, and nice resort pools for adults and kids. It's perfect for a family getaway. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a good variety, making it a great way to start the day.
Few guests noted sandy tiles and small bathroom, but overall had a positive experience.

Check-in: The staff was welcoming. There is a 2000 deposit for the room. Quick early check-in, took not long. Water Park: We arrived before check-in time and informed the reception that we wanted to play in the water first. The water park here is very nice, preferable to Space Pattaya, but the downside is that there are still areas under renovation, and we saw workers walking around with long metal rods, which feels unsafe. Room: Very dusty, particularly around the plugs and floor; it seems they did not pull the sofa out to clean underneath. However, the room view is very nice, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast at OASIS restaurant: The food selection is reasonable, but the taste might not suit everyone in the family; it’s quite bland and cold. Items that should have been cold, like milk for cereal, were not cold. Dinner (separate purchase of a BBQ buffet voucher for Extravaganza): Overall seems okay, worth trying for yourself, but next time I probably won’t go back. There were grilled shrimp and grilled lobster, but the seafood dipping sauce was only salty or sweet, not blended or spicy. You might need to bring your own if you want it to be spicier.

This resort reminds me a lot of Aulani resort in Hawaii. It has similar theme and decoration. The water playground is phenomenal. There are water slides, kid pool, adult pool, lap pool, lazy river, and jumping cliff. I guess all rooms are facing the beach and you can watch sunset from balcony. The room is spacious and clean. Parking is free and easy to find spots. Breakfast is overall good with variety of food including Thai food, American, and other country.

We went to this Centara since our kids in my wife tummy, both kids love this hotel because of pools, staff, and facilities. Staff is always excellent. However this was 15+ years ago, the hotel facility might get older, the pool floors might be scattered, and need more time to take care . Staff, room is always excellent. I'd love the staff to clean dust below bed, the rest is excellent. We had all meals in the room, food & staff is great but the menu on TV is too small to read :) still love to go :) thank you Agoda and the Centara Grand Mirage :)

My kids are really impressed with the hotel. It has Waterpark, kids club, swimming pool, fun activities and private beach. And that means EVERYTHING the kids need for a great holiday. Room is spacious and beautifully designed. Clean and luxurious, yet adventure-themed that bring my inner child to joy. Love it!

“The pool is amazing and the kids are thrilled.”
The pool in the hotel courtyard was fantastic. The lazy river felt like exploring through the jungle, and just floating along was very relaxing. There were various slides available for both small children and adults, and it was enjoyable without being crowded. My kids, in addition to that, enjoyed jumping from the diving board, playing beach volleyball with a beach ball in the large pool, and playing basketball at the basketball goal set up in the pool; they had a lot of fun. The facility is spacious, so there are many people, but it never felt crowded, and we were able to relax comfortably. There were more than enough beach beds, so that wasn't an issue. The restaurant by the pool served delicious pizza and pasta. It reminded me of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Even though there were no Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, instead, there were statues of elephants and tigers, and I thought it was very similar otherwise. I recommend it for those who love Aulani.
