Honestly, I love this place. I stayed with my family members and had very good memories here. The staff and management are so friendly and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and the bathroom offers high water pressure hot water. The management also provide us with free utilisation of the inn's kitchen complete with Muslim friendly sterilised utensils, cutlery etc. The inn's compound is well organized with ample parking space and cosy lighting during the night. Thank you for the excellent services rendered.

It's worth to stay here, since the room is so spacious and clean. Have mini garden in front of the rooms. It would be better if there's a mini refrigerator inside the room. overall it was okay and statisfy to stay

The room are spacious. it's located by the main roadside but easy to spot even at night. Rooms are really clean, a lot of parking space. Not so quiet cause it's by the roadside but still bearable.

Room was cozy and spacious, relatively larger than most rooms offered by other hotels in the region. Water pressure in the bathroom was strong. Only downside is the poor soundproofing. Lovely garden in the center of compound, good for chilling out. Limited eateries nearby, best to have own transport if staying here.

Rooms are clean. Family based business thus owners are very warm, friendly and helpful. Despite sending us to and fro to jetty, sumptuous dinner cooked by the owner, small n welcoming pool n nicely managed garden. My parents had enjoyable stay n meals! Thank u Chan living

Nice Homestay Style”
The place was very nice and clean. Looked very new too. Its like a homestay with shared kitchen. You can buy the seafood yourself and cook it if you feel the price at the restaurants are expensive. The owner of the Inn is also very friendly as she recommended some nice places to visit at Semporna and gave ideas on which restaurant to eat at Semporna and even Tawau. Highly recommended to stay here. Even if this inn is a bit far from jetty (not within walking distance), you still can ask them to help fetch as an addon value surcharge.
