3 star hotel”
Checked in, went to my room and turned the door knob and it came off in my hand. I shook it off and called front desk to send someone. Sat down after a 16 hour flight to watch some TV, except this 5 star hotel has 1 star door knobs and 2 star TVs, because the television didn't work. They sent up maintenance and replaced the door knob and worked on the tv and got it to work. Oh man, after 16 hours of flying and 3 airplane meals, really time to hit the bathroom. Oh yeah, I feel soooo much better, ,,,,,wait.....huh? the toilet doesn't flush??? oh no! True. You can't make this up. One saving grace, upon my suggestion to the manager, he did comp our 2 star breakfast. (less than Denny's quality) so NOT 5 star.

Lovely but unsuitable for non-Chinese Speaker”
lovely hotel, but bit difficult access to downtown. very hard to communicate if you don't know mandarin. the hotel rooms were good, big, clean and wel-furnished. staff ware very nice and friendly and try very hard to understand your request in english. surround areas is all residential and some rooms faces a school ground so during the day, if you are in room, it could be bit noisy.

Splendid resort, but very secluded”
Although I only have very good things to say about the hotel, their friendliness and the sorroundings which were beautiful, I have to conclude with the fact that without a private car and about to do business in other parts of Beijing, it was quite hopeless. In best cases I waited for 20 min. to get a taxi, in worse I had to walf for 1 hour until I got one. But all in all a good stay.

Within a gated community with a full service hotel that is well appointed. It is very clean and full of good intentions. Little English at the front desk and none beyond. Small things overlooked and communication becomes the issue.

Stumbled upon this place while searching Agoda for a place in the Chonyang District of Beijing. It was ranked low due to not having received many comments. Was my best stay in Beijing and would come back in a minute. A little off the beat and path, but worth it.

hotel muy confortable, habitacion muy amplia, lugar muy tranquilo en una zona de lujo de Pekin.Pocos comercios cerca excepto un centro comercial al que no fuimos ya que únicamente son tiendas de marcas occidentales y nos dijeron que todo muy caro. No nos agradó que se tratara de un hotel de gran lujo donde nadie hablaba inglés, solo el manager que no estaba nunca en recepcion por lo que teniamos que llamarle cada vez que necesitabamos algo. Eramos los unicos occidentales de todo el hotel!!!! Hotel muy alejado del centro de la ciudad de Pekin (45 minutos en taxi) y gran dificultad para encontrar un taxi para desplazarnmos (aprox 30 minutos) Estuvimos 2 noches y nos cambiamos de hotel

先ほどホテルを間違えて感想を送ってしまいました、こちらのホテルに対しての感想でした。ホテルのスタッフの対応が悪くバウチャーを見せてもagodaから最近は連絡はいっておりません。と言われるし部屋も満室だと言われる。一泊はお部屋を提供できるけれど料金発生と言われて翌日は部屋をチェンジしてと言われた。チェックアウト時もデポジットは返せないと言われなぜだと聞いたらホテルの支払いがクレジットからまだ落ちていないと言われた。

环境很好，服务非常差，刚入住房间内居然有烟头！还是无烟房，卫生很差！”
去过十几个国家，上百个城市，住的酒店数不清了，但这家的服务真的是差，可以说是我见过最差的！！晚上12点多到达后办check in，给了一张房卡，我说我们需要两张，前台很不耐烦的说要两张要提前说，最后还是给了。一进房间就看到地上好几个烟头就在床旁边！卫生真是差的一塌糊涂！瞬间就感觉不好！因为太晚就想算了。check out的时候忘记另一张房卡放哪了，前台也是态度差的不得了，我先生就说那赔你钱好了，要，钱不多，但她那态度实在让人受不了！！我实在受不了她那副嘴脸，找了很久终于把房卡找出来了！这是我第一次对一家酒店的感觉如此之差！！问题就出在前台的服务上！希望这家酒店的管理层能够重视他们的服务态度，硬件不错，环境不错，但态度恶劣，势必会流失客人！

這家飯店在當地似乎知道的人不多，連出租車都找不著；到了目的地以為是住在CHECK IN的那楝，結果是在另一個地方(看起來是跟住宅區一起，但算高級住宅區吧!!)，這樣的管理方式還是頭一次，住宿品質算還不錯，但很可惜的是，服務人員的經驗不足(都是新手)，感覺很不專業，但服務態度還可以；結帳時，上網的訂價跟飯店給我的明細竟然不一樣，上網的比較貴，而且貴246元人民幣，越想越不對，後來有打給飯店人員問，結果這一問說要回電，連個影子都沒有；本來還覺得這家飯店不錯，但服務真的有待加強。
