20年磨一劍，Chez Mina 瑞穗要顛覆您對民宿的想像

Mina---一個對旅行上癮、尋覓美食以及耽溺於美好事物的民宿主人。很小的時候便夢想蓋一棟自己的房子，且這幢房子從外在的線條到裡頭的裝設以致置身其中的fu早已被仔仔細細地羅列在Mina的夢想圖像之中。

「什麼可以同時結合旅行、美食與置身於美好事物之中？」「非Chez Mina 莫屬！」
每當有人問起Mina為何會想經營一座旅宿時，他總是這麽回答。彷彿一切都是如此地順勢而為，Chez Mina理所當然應運而生。

於是，從無到有花了三年有餘。終於，現在她以Chez Mina的姿態於2021.2誕生瑞穗，在歷經20年的細斟慢酌之後。

Chez Mina是法文，意思是「到Mina家」。20歲那年Mina隻身前往法國，讀了法語、玩了兩個月還不過癮，於是30歲那年毅然辭掉工作圓了二年法國生活夢。Chez Mina骨子裡的“C'est la vie."等您來被感動！

Chez Mina僅三間房：玩月（雙人）、弄影（四人，可加床）、舞木（四人），卻享有近100坪的室內外大空間，每層樓只規劃成一間房，客人可全然獨享寬敞的加大床區、一應俱全的廚房、被自然環抱的陽台/露台和Zen/茶空間，完全不受干擾。

此外，Chez Mina所有的設備、用具全是Mina精挑細揀，甚或珍藏多年之物。只因Mina堅持著自己喜歡的才值得給客人享用，美好事物絕對是與客人間的共通語言。
