The Chonpines is a budget hotel that is clean, convenient and suited well for the solo traveler. The staff is very young, but I give them points for really trying hard with a non-Chinese speaker like me. They gave me good advice with Google Translate. I just wish I could have communicated with them when I arrived at the high speed rail station in Beijing South. I took a taxi to the hotel after much difficulty trying to explain where it was located to the driver. I didn't realize I could have transferred to the subway at the station and arrived at the hotel after 5 stops. The Caoqiao Metro Station was less than a half block away from the hotel!! Now I know what the description implies!!

第二次入住，選擇比上次入住還高費用的房間，仍然是無窗戶的房間，前檯向主管詢問，主管請他告知我：自行請向agoda申訴，那不是他們的問題，讓人覺得失望的服務。 且此次在床單上發現毛髮，讓人覺得清潔沒有作足。 地點就在地鐵站旁，如果不介意房間是沒有窗戶的，是可以選擇的。

我是约了第二天去故宫游玩的门票，因为时间有点晚，会超出退房时间，我行李寄存在前台很方便，服务员很理解。回来后着急去赶飞机，服务员看着满头大汗的直接送了一瓶矿泉水。很贴心！
