This hotel is probably the best choice in Cikarang. The room are comfortable and clean, the food is decent, the staff is attentive. It is located near the industrial are.

Me and my family is Indonesia reside in Japan. We had stayed in this hotel for a night because I had business here. The facilities and all manual is written in Japanese. The staff in front office was not so friendly to wife until she knew we are Japan residence. Breakfast also not interesting at all. Not recommended for hotel stay.
The breakfast can be improved by providing some muesli, yoghurt, better fruit selection, breakfast sausages, brown bread. Felt cheated as the rate I saw was RM141 then later I was charged two times a 10 percent charge... One for tax and one for service. The ballpark figure should given before payments were made. It's nice if the karaoke room is really sound proofed so it doesn't bothering the people staying in the same floor with it. Because it's really annoying when you want to sleep at 2am but the music really loud outside the room. The rest of the things are OK.
Clean room and resto, good & friendly service, bathrooms well cleaned but not modern, pleasant courtyard and good resto. A better map for access should be available to all patrons, urgently. This map should show all toll road exits and access points to Cikarang (separate from Bekasi) - otherwise it is hard to find.
The staff is good, everything looks perfect and clear. The room actually a little bit narrow but we enjoy with this.

This hotel is quite new and well-designed. Compare to other hotels in the nearby area, Horison facility can and the room size can be considered 4 star rather than 3 stars. The price per night also extremely cheap. Breakfast is ok, room cleanliness no complain. Certainly I'll be back and recommend it to my colleagues
