The room is spacy and clean. Bed is big and clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. There space to make activities inside hotel with family. Breakfast is available but not so much option. Restaurants may not available all days, only when occupancy is high. But hotel staff can help you to get outside restaurant nearby. Surrounded by vegetables plantation to explore if you like. Weather is very cold, can get 17 Celsius at nigh. Prepare sweater or jacket. Have swimming pool but water is cold. Location is very calm, good for daily routine escape or having time with family. I stay 2 nights at Superior Room. All family is happy with the stay. Access is very easy through Cipanas Presidential Palace. But the road is narrow and high climbing. Minibus can go through but big buss cannot.

The place is quite far from any food market, so will be better if you prepare to buy more food. If you come with public transportation you should pick to ride a public motorcycle (ojek) rather than yellow car (angkot), because to reach Berlian Resort you just need to pay IDR 5000 with ojek. The facilities is okay, you can play tennis, basketball and futsal. They also rent the tennis racket and the ball. Next time I come here I will bring sport shoes and jogging there because the air is so fresh. Although, the room was not really clean but the staff are helpfull.

Me and my family stayed in Villa Sophia for 2 nights and we're so happy that we made the right choice to stay there. First, the location. Although the villa is located a bit far from the front gate, but it offers tranquility and peaceful environment, since there's not a lot of vehicles around. But the villa's complex was located very near to restaurants and factory outlets, such as Brasco, Raja FO, Amen restaurant, Sate Shinta, Kalimantan Restaurant (which is our family's favorite). The staff was very attentive and helpful to us. The cleanliness of the villa is also good and the garden is very taken care of. The only minus was there's no swimming pool here. But overall, we were satisfied to stay here. Will definitely consider to stay again.

Great hotel and location inside Kota Bunga as one of the biggest villa and resort in Puncak and very safe. Easy to access, very good weather about 18 degrees, makes people really want to extend. Close to the Taman Bunga Nusantara as one of the biggest flowers park in Indonesia. Surrounded with a lot of FO (Factory outlets), so don't worries if you want to extend but no extra cloths, just buy from the factory outlets with the lowest prices for the branded item. Great view also with both city view of Cipanas and mountain view at night or day. The hotel also have airport (Soekarno Hatta airport) transfer and tour around the Puncak areas with affordable price. Reachable if you are in Bandung, just looking for the travel agent (Cipaganti) and they will take you there.

I liked my two nights stay at LTC Vila Lotus. The staff are all very helpful and polite. What i liked most about this hotel is that it is very close to Cipanas where there are the best restaurants located. I had meals in Kalimantan restaurant, Sudi Mampir, Sate Shinta, all took only fifteen minutes time with all the traffic jam. As Puncak area is always very crowded during holidays, it is very important that you stay as close as possible to your destination. It is also close to Kota Bunga, Taman Bunga Nusantara, so there are many activities for your family. Then again, it is a modest hotel, so don't expect much from the facilities. The advertisement stated they have a gym, playground, swimming pool, breakfast included. But in reality, the facilities are all in the club house, where most of it is run down. The gym cannot be used because the machines are broken, the playground is very very small and i didn't see any child playing there, and the breakfast is only nasi goreng (fried rice) with eggs and a bit of beef floss. Although, the swimming pool is clean and quite ok to swim in. In general, i will recommend this hotel to travellers who wants a cheap, family-friendly hotel in Puncak which is clean and relaxing. I will certainly stay in this hotel again.

1. By the time we arrived (1.:30 pm), the Agoda staff and field coordinator road me to different villa which is smaller and cheaper) they tried to downgrade my room with stupid explanations. 2. After they shown several different smaller villas, finally they took us to original one, which even worst, the room is not ready because the room boy didn't know about my booking and never been info by Agoda... Really sad Agoda managed my booking very unprofessional ) 3. After waiting for 3 hours, we still got very dirty room, unclean bedcover and dusty sofa. We asked them to change but still got dirty one (they said they have no other stock). 4. My family can't sleep properly 5. Next day , we decided for early checkout and look for another hotel (we paid 3D2N for nothing ) My suggestion : 1. please double check your book before you confirm at least find other people opinion about the place 2. Be aware with the tricky game in field 3. I will never recommend this place to any other

This villa is not managed by the resort. When we arrived at the reception of the resort, they told us that this is a private villa and that they didn't have the key. They told us to call agoda and cancel this villa, which was not possible because no refund. They offered us a villa for the same price, managed by the resort. After a few times asking to show us the way to prd 193, finally some lazy guy on a motor showed us the way . The door was open and the cleaners/caretakers were there. Allready from morning they said. I didn't know this was a private villa, not managed by the resort. I should have called the tel. Number on the booking confermation. The villa was inside in an average condition, not too clean and some items not working or broken. Outside however good looking and recently painted. The garden around the villa very well maintained.
