"I had booked a sea view room through agoda but when i reached the hotel, they told me it is not sea view and they gave me a side view room.. i was so disapointed that i don't get what i've booked.. i came from Cairo to spend only one night in a good hotel with a sea view.. that was my only desire..who should compensate this?? The hotel or your website??? And by the way the sea view room is more expensive than the other and i had paid the value of the sea view one.."

"The hotel is located not exactly near at the bustling city center of Alexandria, however its location is still close to all destinations and the very near to Green Plaza Mall . We had the family room which was excellent for us. Check in and check out was not a problem. Breakfast was great. All in all, it is an excellent hotel."
