"Due to the locations of the place, there were a lot of issues... which is VERY understandable considering it is in a different country, and the location is very far away. But they need to take that into account in the price. Issues: I was not picked up at the dock, due to the phone signal being down. They did not take that into account and go to the dock to wait for me. They, instead, decided not to go at all. I was lucky I was with the driver, and he got a local to take me to the resort in their boat. They did not compensate me or offer to give me complimentary anything. Also, there was no hot water in my room for 3 hours. Due to the "budget" price I paid, my room was very far from the reception area and they didn't have phones to call reception. So each time I had a question or an issue, I had to walk all the way to reception. They also charged for extra things. Again, I understand these things are due to the remote location of the resort, but then the prices should reflect that. "
