Very good. Room was very spacious with great view to the sea side. Staffs are helpful, very understanding. Especially when i have to check out late due to some meetings, they did not rush me and even did not charge me for overstayed. Breakfast was very good with many varieties of foods from local menu and international menu.

Very bad experience No quality in work, even there is no towels in the room Because the phone in the room dont working , I was forced to go down 7 times until they bring me 1 Towel for the all family!! Food is sucks Really disappointing

Rooms old and needing updating. Only meal I had was breakfast and it was very over priced, of an average quality and cold. Staff couldn't even organize a taxi to the airport. I stood on the street and flagged my own one down.
It is very clean and perfect hotel for Family traveler. Swimming Pool is not good as no towel available and they do not open the change room. No supermarket nearby to by items. Overall it is good.

Perfect thing was...my wife forget her mobile at hotel. The staff Mr. Abdulkadus called me that you forget your iphone 6 at hotel..please pick up....God bless that nobel man...still islam is alive in our muslims. I realy respect this guy....my room 405 window view was awusome......

Great stay. Mr Aziz and his sons were gracious and generous in their hospitality towards my friends and I, even inviting us to his coffee shop next door. I had the deluxe room and I was very pleased with it. Clean and spacious. I will definitely return if I have another stay in Dammam.

The hotel is located at the Cornice, but if you keep in mind the extreme weather and temperatures in Saudi Arabia, it is not really wise to go to the beach. everything is accessible only if you have your own car.
