"The owner's son Saleem went out of his way to make midnight airport runs for our entire group and was extremely accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed spending time with him throughout the week. He lived 13 years in America and was super accommodating to our specific needs. You'll always find a staff member that speaks great English. Although this is the only hotel we've visited in Irbid, I am confident you won't find a better one. Tallest building in Irbid with great views from the seventh floor lounge. Also has sauna/steam room/pool which were under renovation but will be a great amenity to your stay. Rooms have A/C ... Restaurant upstairs and breakfast buffet is nice. Plus it's conveniently located near many other restaurants, local hookah/coffee shops, etc. I live half the year in hotels and NEVER write reviews but Saleem and staff were so friendly and helpful to our group of 18, I could not pass up the chance to give them a full thumbs up! This place is an oasis in Irbid!"
