"The Holiday Inn Express is in the center of Kuala Lumpur and very near to shopping malls, street foods, train station, etc. The receptionist is very accommodating even though we're able to check-in at 3pm instead of 2pm, they gave us free snacks (tea and muffins). The breakfast is great. The free use of phone while outside the hotel is so great for foreigners (free local calls and mobile internet). The room and housekeeping are two (2) thumbs up, they keep the room clean and neat. I also like the Laundry Room :-) I will stay again in Holiday Inn Express, KLCC :-)"

"Overall this was the first time i stayed at this hotel, and i am sure i will be staying here again. The location is near KL Central, the central hub of Kuala Lumpur which is very convenient. The room was bigger than i thought, and don't be fooled by the external view of the hotel, the room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, and they really wanted to make sure we had a nice stay. Next time in KL, this is one of the main places i would consider staying again. "

"i have stayed in kuala lumpur many times and this place is the best hostel in the kl sentral and chinatown areas. Good wifi, free towel, free drinking water, free breakfast. If you want to find something similarly priced to this place, then it will not compare in value. Also, if you want good wifi in chinatown, you won't find it unless you pay for something more expensive than a hostel (such as a hotel). "

"Extremely new place with extraordinary price, location, facilities, and service. Would want to stay in this place again if visiting Kuala Lumpur next time. - Location: right inside the Chinatown, very close to the entrance. Plenty of shops right downstairs. - Facilities: new and clean. Got a big TV in the room. Got an elevator so no need to carry the luggage upstairs through the stairs. Got an electric locker at the front gate that makes the hostel secured. - Service: staffs are extremely nice and willing to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Willing to share local experiences if you are curious. Front desk opens all night."

"I have been stayed in Malaysia, especially in Kuala Lumpur for many times, but only several nights were memorable. One of the memorable stays was in this hotel, The Cititel Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. I chose to stay in this hotel none other than because of its great accommodation and convenience. With only minutes away from important places such as Kuala Lumpur International Airport and access to Light Rail Transportation, my stay in the Cititel Mid Valley is surely worthwhile. Some say business and pleasure cannot be mix, but my stay in Cititel definitely change it! "
