Where to stay in La Paz
La Paz hotels & accommodations

The hotel is located in the central of the city with historical style. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are very helpful in providing suggestions. The hotel has a nice restaurant nearby. Will definitely stay in the same hotel if we visit La Paz next time!

everything about this hotel was great. Close to the main plaza in La Paz, helpful friendly staff with good english skills. They looked after our bags when we went to the jungle in rurrenabaque for four days at no charge. Only thing i would recommend is a room on the third floor because the hot water for the showers on that floor is run by gas so they get nice and warm....

We only stayed one night as we were passing back through La Paz. We had stayed in two other places in La Paz previously. This was the best for location and room had everything you needed, we were high up so it wasn't that loud which was great. Wifi in our room. Hotel staff helpful. Room was clean but bathroom was cold, no biggy. Room was ok size, TV worked well. Check...

Good place to stay in the middle of the tourist area. The receptionist are really friendly and helpful of everything you might ask about. It was not very soundproof in our room since there was a big glitch under the door, but we also paid for the cheapest room so could probably not expect more. Hot water in the shower. Not the most fancy toilets but they do their work....

Very helpful staff in a beautifull hotel with HEATING! Rooms are spotless and probably have the hottest showers in Bolivia. Breakfast includes fresh juice, eggs, local bread, cereal, cheese, cookies, cafe, ect. We decided to treat ourselves to this lovely hotel after backpacking for 6 months and couldnt be more pleased. Great place to stay in La Paz, would highly recco...

We throughly enjoyed the Stannum room comfort and conveniences after 1 week of touring. It was just a nice way to end our stay in La Paz. The staff were excellent and we appreciated the welcome drink on check in. I managed to catchup on some work with the good internet access and the desk in our room. The view of the mountains were also refreshing. Would highly recom...

Hostel Ananay is in this beautiful old colonial house on a quiet pedestrian street. It's in a perfect location in the center of town, walkable to everything. The staff speak perfect English, are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is on the high end of standard for what you get in La Paz. Also the showers are wonderful, which is a huge bonus in Bolivia.

We chose this hotel because southern La Paz is a safer area. It offered bus terminal / airport pickup at a reasonable price. Location is not close to downtown but not far from green line so you can take the cable. It is a family owned hotel so everyone was super friendly and helpful. You just feel safe and clean here, which is hard to find such oasis in other areas in ...

Perla Negra is located very close to the Bus Terminal atop a hill. The rooms are kinda small and the Internet is ok. Breakfast is basic and the rooftop restaurant is gorgeous with fabulous view of La Paz. It is cheaper to pay in Bolivianos direct (90 a night).... Front desk staff speaks limited English but very helpful set of young guys. The rooms can be cold at ...

I have already marked late check-in during my booking in agoda (due to my flight schedule); but when i check-in on that night (around 10pm), front desk told me NO room is reserved for us because of my late check-in. I am very shocked about that as I am very tired already after the long haul. The staff does not propose any alternatives to us until I show my anger (as my...

A good hotel to relax, helpful stuffs.I arrived in hotel at early morning, very late, the stuffs there are all very kind and helpful, they helped me to book bus, to buy simcard, to book the tours, they made me feel I have some good friends there. Thanks a lot. The hotel is very beautiful, the room is very comfortable also.

The hotel was quite nice and the stafg were very diligent and polite but this was to be expected from a hotel of this calibre. The dinner was excellent and reasonably priced however Mrs. Kelly was somewhat irked that we were not informed of the kitchen closing and so we had to go without dessert. Myself I was most disappointed with the gym facilities and Jacuzzi as...

a lovely and charming little French or Swiss style hotel/B+B. my wife loved the decor. quiet, though located near lots of great stuff (such as a grocery store and a mall/cine). breakfast is 730-9a, and is quite good. they clean your room perfectly (aligning toothbrushes, etc). the owner David is very helpful (eg helped us with some art/craft project we had). he also he...
