"Booking via Agoda was not visible in the hotel system. Instead of taking care of it, they made me do all the investigation work. Check-in took two hours. Also, there were cockroaches in the room. It was too late to fix it and I was very tired. Showing photos during check-out resulted in an apology by the manager, no more. I will take the issues up with the holding company. "

"People walked around without masks at the buffet breakfast. Our room initially had no towels and despite calling down to the front desk for them to be delivered 4-5 times, we eventually had to go down and pick them up ourselves. That still took between 30-45 minutes to sort. The pool is beautiful, but there are no lounge chairs to sit on, and since the pool is always in the shade, the water is freezing."
